I agree with the previous reviewer that this dress runs small, yet large! To be specific, I ordered a 10P (this is my first time ordering a petite from Anthro, so I wasn't sure if I needed to order up as I consistently wear a 6/8 regular). I am 5'2" with a 30" waist, 34" hips, and wear a 38D. While the waist was a little loose on me (but I could still see how well the right fit would create killer curves), the top of the dress was so large that it was billowy. I'm placing a second order for the 8P, but I'm afraid that it will end up being too small in the waist. The style, cut, and color of this dress are so fabulous that I'm willing to alter it to fit me. I gave 3 stars overall because of this odd sizing and I don't recommend it as most people prefer to not tailor their clothing. Considering my substantial bust, it's rare to try on something that ends up being SO large on top yet an almost perfect fit on the bottom.

This dress is made of beautiful fabric and looks like a lovely design. But it is as everyone says, the top is oddly designed and huge. The waste and the length and the rest are great.
I'm 5'0 and about 100lbs and ordered the 0 petite. I had to send it back. Unless you are very large in the bust it is not going to fit, and even if you are, it might just pull strangely. I would not waste the shipping even though it is quite cute.

by Cheason Runs small but yet large?
My first purchase in this brand and it's a lovely dress. The material is thin and there's no lining but also no show-thru issues. It may be a little light for a winter dress. It looks great with tights. It's really tiny in the waist though. I'm 5'1 115 lbs, 32B, with a 27.5' waist and always order a 0P but I couldn't even get the zipper past my waist. This is a first. So I ordered a 2P. While it fit much better in the waist the top was substantially bigger and the extra material just didn't look right. I think it was made with Betty Boop in mind. Well endowed ladies with really tiny waists are in for a treat with this dress.
The built in belt/sash is great for cinching in just enough and does not stick out terribly. Dislike those with the look of a misplaced, stupid oversized bow right in the center--emphasizing the midsection. Speaking of which there pleats in the midsection which is great in camouflaging problem areas.
Still, I can't pass this up so I may have to bite the bullet and take it to a tailor.
