Loved this when I saw it online, and there was a promotion being offered at the time so I ordered it in an XS. I am 4' 11" and weigh about 94 pounds, very petite and small boned. Usually the XS fits and I usually only buy petite sizing so I thought this would fit no problem. However, it was too small, too narrow in the shoulders and tight through the back. It is beautiful though, very well made, but I would order up a size and hope that the sleeves aren't too long, especially if you want to wear something other than a t-shirt under it. It's very form fitted as you can get a sense of by the picture of the model all buttoned up in it. I hope you have better luck with this than I did.

This is a beautiful and very well made jacket. It looks like it might be a sweater styled and cut to look like a jacket, but it is not. The sleeves are full black wool, like a suit jacket and the entire piece is lined in pale pink except the very front near the buttons. The colors and design are cute and flattering. I think this runs a little bigger than most jackets by this brand, but it may be because the sweater portion in the front is has a little give. The back of this jacket has elegant seaming. This looks great with jeans or a dress.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Inez nice jacket with some qualifications
I loved the look of this jacket online, so I ordered it quickly after it went on sale. I'm still a fan but a little less so after trying it on. First, the back and shoulders run a little narrow, as a previous reviewer said. I typically wear a size 6 but sometimes order up in jackets and sweaters to allow for layering. I'm glad I ordered up for this one, because even the 8 is just a hair tight. At the same time, the arms are a little too long, and the sides are a little baggy under the arms. (I'm guessing someone with a bigger bust would fill the front out better than I (I'm a 34B), eliminating any bagginess.) That said, the back is gorgeous. It flairs just so and curves gracefully below the front. After some internal debate, I have decided to keep the jacket because the flaws are not exaggerated enough to ruin the look of the jacket, which overall is tailored such that it runs close to the body and curves with me. I also liked that it is lined in both the body and the sleeves. I probably would not have kept it if I had paid full price, but the sale price is a good value for this unique jacket.
