Rated 4 out of 5Â by anthroextraordinare cozy and unique
Was looking for a long sweater to bring some summer dresses into fall. The SA brought this over to me. At first, i didnt think it would fit the bill, but it is shaped really nicely and accentuates the posterior quite nicely. The grey color actually looks more exciting than this photo with a bit more pizzaz to it. Overall, its a nice cozy sweater that i was ok paying full price for and a staple im sure i will use now and for seasons to come. I think the model is wearing a size too big. I sized down to an XS and found the fit more flattering, since its a sweater i will likely wear open.

Lovely sweater. The shirring in the back is so unique that no matter what your backside looks like, this sweater will enhance the look. Truly unique. It can be belted, left open or buttoned. I usually wear a medium(5'3" 140) and found it fit well. If you choose a smaller size you will not get the layering of the folds. The knit is a med weight so the sweater is not heavy or bulky.
I bought the dark orange which shows off the marled colors in the yarn. My store did not have the turquoise, but it looks lovely. I'll wait to purchase a second one on sale.
Go ahead, try it on! Garner some attention.

I purchased the rusty orange color in small, my usual size. I was lucky enough to catch it on sale with the extra 30% off, and now am kicking myself for not picking up the turquoise one as well. This sweater is incredibly flattering. I am 5'6", about 135, with average proportions, and it is the length of a long tunic, hitting me about mid-thigh. It nips in beautifully at the waist and hangs beautifully - it doesnt flare on me as it does on the model. The starburst pattern on the back is lovely and unique. The knit is very open and yes, could be snagged easily - there is even a hang tag warning of this. I wore it with a white long sleeve tee, black leggings, and boots and was fielding compliments left and right. It's the tiniest bit itchy, but the open knit requires that you wear something under it anyway.
