I own several sweaters from this designer and yes this is a top quality garment but I just wasn't blown away. I loved the idea of it for a go to layering sweater but it fit a little snug for my taste. I always size up in this brand and I would want to size up at least two sizes in this sweater. It's a thicker, tighter knit so it doesn't offer a lot of give or flexibility! It was a bit shorter than I like and I have seen similar style sweaters at Target and Old Navy. I usually pay full pice for this brand but I will out this on my wish list and if it makes it to sale than I will purchase it. In my opinion this is a great sweater but not worth more than $50-$60!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by vintageflea Nice but not amazing
As a sucker for vintage sweaters I was drawn to this piece as well as to the Limabird cardigan. While I'm keeping both of them, especially because I had a 20 percent discount, I rate this one a 4 as opposed to a 5 for the Limabird. First, the main color of the sweater is like an oatmeal shade; kind of bland. But it does match well with the neutral tan in the skirt as shown in the picture and I have the skirt so that is a good thing. Second, it runs kind of small so layering will not work with your usual size. You can see in the picture how the button line gaps in places. The XS hit me at the hip as it does on the model in the picture and I am 5 ft 2 in. Lastly, it is cotton and is thinner than the Limabird cardigan which is also cotton. If not for the fuzzy embroidered flower embellishment I may have passed on this one. It really makes the sweater unique. It seems like mohair embroidered into the cotton sweater. The colors give a nice pop of color to a bland neutral shade. All in all a nice piece with a lot of potential. It is just not as jawdropping for me as the Limabird cardi is.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by kristay Runs large, a bit blah.
I disagree with the reviews that this sweater runs small and feels that it runs a bit large. I'm used to being sized out of Anthropologie clothing and this sweater was no different. I was looking for the fitted look that the sweater has on the model, but it looked baggy in the torso area. The sleeves were fitted, but not the rest of the sweater. I could've taken in a good inch out of both sides of the sweater to get the firt that is shown on the model. I'm 5'5", 100lbs and ordered the XS. I also don't think that the sweater is worth the price (I purchased during the 25% off sweater sale) and the whole thing was a bit blah. I'm a sucker for vintage sweaters, but between the off fit and overall look it just wasn't for me. I thought the top looked so pretty online, but just didn't translate in person.
