Rated 3 out of 5 by I should not be trusted because I ordered this Well I wanted this but didn't order because of the absurd price. One late night I did anyway wildly. Before it arrived I intended already to send it back. When I opened it I was first surprised to see the colors so intensely dayglo wild and bright when I'd thought from the picture it would be more subtle and elegant. Then, the material was much less sophisticated than I'd anticipated - something like a light sweatshirt material. I did try it on and it did fit great and was flattering, and I do love the design. (I'm 5'4" 120 lbs 36B and ordered a M). I do love how unusual and Japanese the design is and the pattern could be if dulled a bit - I considered giving it a light rinse of grey dye. It is a very unique and kind of lovely shirt. I don't really want to send it back but the price truly does seem absurd and I don't think Anthropologie should be rewarded for that. October 25, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Surprisingly flattering on me This top will flatter ladies with straighter shapes (like me), but may not be so great on bustier ladies. Why? Becos the material, indicated on the tag as "100% cotton", is slightly stiff on top with a velveteen texture, so it may over-emphasize curvier chests as it doesn't fall on the body like other flowy-er/weightier materials. The bottom skirt portion is a thinner, softer cotton with no lining. I recommend washing the top with a fabric softener first. The colours on this were as expected, and a nice mixture of bright (hot pink) and neutral (grey). The hems and trims are all done with a bit of a raw, unfinished look, which i think is a nice & edgy contrast to the tailored shape of the top. The bottom trim has silver threads running diagonally across the material, which is not obvious in the model shots. Overall, i'm happy that i took the chance to buy this top in both colours (the other being the Wasabi Floral version). I'm 5'4, 34B, 126 lbs, usually a size 4 in anthro tops, and the size 4 for this top fit great. February 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by fun and different I bought this on sale, as shown with the pants and I love them both even more in person. I love how the side zipper zips down instead of up so it doesn't show and it's not in your arm pit. I love the hot pink and ochre colors against the gray background. It will go with everything and I can wear it year round. it's shown very loose on the model, but if you get the right size, it looks better when it fits. January 17, 2013
