This skirt is gorgeous. The material looks really rich, the length is perfect for work or going out (versatile), and it's comfortable! I am pretty tall, so finding a nice skirt like this that wasn't too short was exciting. I tucked a dressy tank top into it and wear either flats or heels and it looks amazing. Adding a blazer for work also makes this a great investment! I normally wear a size 8, but I bought a size 6 so I'd say it runs a little big. I have it sitting at the top of my hips though, so that may be why. You can't go wrong with this purchase, it's a staple in my closet already!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Coco18 A really fun take on a black skirt! It even twirls
I recently got a new job and the dress code is professional (aka boring). Everyone wears muted and neutral hues like black, grey and navy. Seriously, just because you're a lawyer doesn't mean you have to be boring. I was a little dismayed when I saw what everyone was wearing, and resigned myself to the fact that I would have to buy a black skirt (I hardly ever wear black. It's just not as much fun), and then I found this skirt. It's a really fun take on a classic black skirt! I was thrilled! The pleats make it fun and whimsical while still being professional. I'm fairly tiny (5'0) which makes it more knee length for me, but that's perfect for the office with a cute pair of heels. The only qualm I have with this skirt is that it runs big. I bought my usual size 0 and it's still fairly roomy in the waist, so I was a little bummed that it didn't come in a size 00. But it does have belt loops which help!
I highly recommend this skirt

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kasthu At first I didn't know I'd like this skirt; pleats tend to widen my hips. But in the black color, it didn't matter so much. This is a well-cnstructed skirt; wish there was a little less polyester in it, though, and I'm not too keen on the large button snap on the front (but it's hardly noticeable, so I guess it doesn't matter). But despite my reservations, I know that I'm going to get a lot of wear out of this skirt this fall and winter.
