ASSORTED Style #:24402067 Acclaimed photographer and cultural chronicler Annie Leibovitz made a list of inspirational writers, artists and intellectuals and set out on a personal project to document their homes, landscapes and subjects. Among the explored locations were Emily Dickinson's home in Amherst, Massachusetts, Thoreau's cabin on Walden Pond, Robert Smithson's Spiral Jetty and the houses of Virginia Woolf and Charles Darwin in the English countryside. For Leibovitz, the project was an exercise in renewal; her sense of rejuvenation and awakening are infectious. Pilgrimage
