Rated 5 out of 5Â by Wolfy Beautiful, but Big
Just like in the picture, this top was beautiful in person. The detail can be seen, along with your undergarments, so you definitely need to wear a cami under. I tried on my usual large, which was huge and messy looking. I had to size down to Medium, to achieve the right fit and look the model is sporting.
I was going to hold off to purchase this on sale, but after coming out of the dressing room, another customer convinced me to get it. Even at checkout, others were asking about the blouse I was purchasing. So in short, if you think you might like this, size down and get it fast. I don't think it's going to last long.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by hautehippiemom just gorgeous
I bought this in white -I usually prefer 3/4 length sleeves, but decided to try it on. This is a must have for your closet, it is just gorgeous. I agree with the other reviewers, size down-I usually wear a large, but the medium was perfect and not pregnant looking at all. I will wear with either a black or nude cami beneath, faded distressed pilcro hyphen jeans, sandals, and turquoise or peruvian opal jewelry.

This is so beautiful in person! It's real silk and it shows, both in the drape and the amazing feel when you're wearing it. The detail and embroidery are very nicely done (no errant strings or threads) and it just looks like a very high quality boutique blouse.
The ivory color is very sheer (they didn't have the lilac color in my store, yet so I can't comment on that one, but it sure looks pretty in the picture!) You absolutely do need a base layer under this. I know sometimes this is subjective, but honestly even with a nude bra, you can see the entire bra, not just the outline or a hint of bra. That might be the only drawback, but I'm still giving it 5 stars. (One tip about choosing a base layer for this top is that I felt it worked better with a silk cami underneath than my normal seamless tank. The soft silk fabric kind of "stuck" to the more matte seamless fabric and the silk just helped it all flow like it's supposed to. I think rayon or even a slinky fabric would work better, too.)
The size is meant to be floaty and loose but I think it's pretty TTS due to the shoulder and armpit/high bust area being in proportion. It's got a long, gradual sweep, so it doesn't look maternity, either. I think this is a top that someone with a curvy figure or a larger bust could wear without feeling frumpy.
As for individual sizing, I'm petite and I liked the hem and sleeve length better when I sized down from my usual size. I didn't feel my usual size was too big, I just preferred a slightly smaller fit. I also didn't feel constricted sizing down, but your mileage may vary, as they say. :)
That said, this top is a great option for bustier or larger ladies since the large size can easily fit an XL.
Bottom line: Beautiful, good price point for real silk, made well and has a nice, flattering, easy fit that could probably be customized by sizing up or down.
