I really, really wanted to keep this dress but in the end I couldn't. The quality of the material is fantastic. It's a good length - I'm 5'9'' and it was long enough to wear with heels. It may be too long if you're on the shorter side. The material has a nice weight to it and the lace panels on the sides are just gorgeous. The detailing at the top is also nice. The problem with the dress is the shape at the top - the armholes are extremely baggy and sort of jut out. The dress also runs very large. I know it's not supposed to be a fitted dress but it really just hangs like a giant tent. I went down two sizes and it was still a bit big.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Sab123 The very important HINT
I saw this dress and have been just waiting for it to go on sale, I thought it was so original and I loved the neon accent flowers on the top. But I decided to wait for it to go on sale as I saw some negative reviews (and I thought...if i have to tailor it, then should wait for sale price). Just received it in the mail at the glorious sale price, and guess what?? ITS PERFECT. No alterations necessary. I love it so much and I am sad summer is coming to a close because this dress is perfect for a day of wine tasting or a variety of other outdoor functions. I should note in response to another reviewer, this dress is not yellow. It is like an offwhite maybe slightly aged color, but its gorg. And yes it is neon on the top but I feel the picture here does it justice (I dont think it looks pastel...and the dress has the word "neon" in the title so it shouldnt be a surprise to anyone). It does fit longer on me than on the model, probably because models tend to be tall. It hits just about at the floor maybe a tiny bit above/skimming so for some who are shorter you may need to get it shortened. Also the fabric has a sheer quality to it (almost like a chiffon fabric) but it has two layers, so nude underwear should be fine and comfortable. The top is also a bit sheer although not hugely so, but I think i will be employing nipple covers/band aids to make extra sure there is not anything showing. So I take one star off for design just for this slight sheerness.
HERE is the most important HINT which will make your buying of this particular dress successful: size at least ONE but maybe TWO sizes down. I am normally between a 4 and a 6, 135 lbs, 5'6" and 34 D, this dress was perfect for me in a 2. If you are unsure, get both 1 and 2 sizes down and then send one back. As mentioned, I will not need to alter it at ALL and the back straps fit down flat, the arm holes fit perfect, the waist is tight and fitted and the skirt then flows out from there (again contrary to another reviewer, the bodice of this dress is indeed meant to be fitted as shown on the model). Hope this is helpful to everyone who is unsure about going after this unique/beautiful dress.

Like other reviewers have noted: loose and odd fit.
I'm usually size 4 up top (34DD) and the size 0 fit me in the waist and gaped under the arms at the bust. The color is a strange yellowed white and it looks like you pulled out your grandmother's wedding dress. The colors on the bodice are also much brighter than the picture online. I'm alright with looking like a bohemian art teacher, but these colors are just garish. I really wish product photos for online exclusives were more realistic.
This dress design could be improved by making the front neck deeper by about 2 inches to show some colorbone and raising the hemline to a midi length. And using cotton instead of the cheap polyester fabric.
Even at 3rd cut, I wouldn't waste my money (and shipping fees) on this design failure.
