After seeing this on a blogger I just had to try it on. I bought the blue and the red because I couldn't make up my mind. I ended up liking the red better because the blue was just a little too blah on me. I like the neckline on the dress and the pockets. The sleeves and shoulders were a bit large on me and like other reviewers said, it's super wide. But a belt helps a lot. The material is a bit on the thin side. I have a feeling with a lot of wear, this dress will begin to pill and stretch out. It is super comfortable though, but I couldn't justify a hundred dollar dress just on comfy-ness. Maybe when it hits sale I'll reconsider. It's not something I absolutely must have. I'm 5'4, 113 lbs, and 32B for reference and I bought the XS.

 by rockabillyqueen surprisingly pretty!
I would never have thought that this dress would be so flattering...when I first tired it on I couldnt help making the tent comparisons, but everything changed when I belted it! Its very versatile and soooo comfy. It is a great dress for traveling and if you have limited luggage room, it can easily be dressed up with heels and a dressy belt. It works great with tights and boots and is a good colder weather dress.
I have received more compliments on this dress then all my other much more decorative Anthro dresses...some times simplicity rules..who knew?
Runs pretty large, I wouldsuggest sizing down.

I tried on both the small and the medium. I'm 5'2", 125lbs and a 36. Anthropology dresses are always too tight across the the shoulders/chest if I opt for small which is my size everywhere else on the dress.
The medium fits great across the top and shoulders though the pockets are now a bit too low but I can live with it. I didn't find that the cut was too voluminous ... material is so nice and soft that it hangs beautifully and fits the way a swing dress should.
Love the Navy and Black.
