The blouse that arrived looks nothing like the picture online. It is thin and cheaply made, the black design is not as it appears on the model, but is transparent and has frayed edges all around that make the whole thing look shoddy. Also, the color is not as warm and attractive as the online picture, more of a dark putty color (looks old, not in a good way). Definitely not worth the price. I've always loved Anthropologie clothes in store. This is my first time ordering from anthropology.com. So disappointing.

This top is cut beautifully and therefore drapes beautifully. Its billowy arms lend it a modern look. And the top itself doesn't dip too low (even for me, and I am high-chested). A small detail to note is the embroidery that reaches on the side of one's arms--this adds to an already flattering aesthetic. It ran a full size large.
The reason I've returned mine is because of the color. The color is as you see on the model. What you see is what you get. So if there is any question whether a smarmy dull beige will work for your complexion, I'm guessing it won't.

Yes, it's an ugly beige color. But it's also transparent. And gigantic. Did not keep it.
