Even though I looked at the dimensions on a measuring tape beforehand, I don't think I was quite prepared for how large they look--they are so big that they are not as visually recognizable as gingko leaves as they are in the picture, and even though I bought three I think I will only hang two of them together and put the third elsewhere. They're also a bit more burnished than the shiny soft gold pictured (expect your more typical brass-fixture look.) My final criticism is that the hole for hanging them is on a separate attached piece of metal off the back that is at least .25" deep, so the upper leaf portion doesn't fit totally flush against the wall. All that said, they have a nice heft, go with the decor in my bedroom, and were cheap enough at the sale price that I will be keeping them.
If anyone is curious, India is their country of manufacture.

I wish there was a picture of the back of the hook on the website, because I wouldn't have purchased these if I knew that the back is just a hole that you slip onto a screw in the wall. So when the hook is on the wall, it swivels side to side. There's no way to tightly affix it to the wall and since the hook part swivels against the wall, it just ends up scratching the wall. Any sort of wall hook needs to be firmly attached to the wall if it is going to be at all functional.

The hook on this is smaller than I had hoped. The object itself is tall and the ginko leaf is of good size, but the hook is small, which makes it not quite as useful as I had hoped. I wanted to use it to hang wash cloths in the bathroom, but will probably put it by the front door for keys, ect.
