I really needed a new pair of jeans. My favorite pair of paige denim were getting worn away. I wanted something a bit different and a little more versatile (dressy to casual). I think these are perfect for that. I could dress them up with heals or dress down with some keds. One of the Anthro stylists recommended I size down since COH usually stretch a bit. I'm normally a size 29 and I bought a 28. I'm rather curvy and roughly 130lbs at 5'5". I had to shimmy a bit to get them on but once they were on I could feel them loosening up a bit. You may be more comfortable with your normal jean size though. They are rather tight on me but I've only worn them for a day or so. I wish jeans could be more standard in sizing but I've never bought COH before so I went with what the stylist recommended. Either way I'm a sucker for premium jeans.

i really needed a new pair of jeans, and these are a great pair. the wash is nice and dark, and the rise is just right; having an hourglass figure, i'm always thrilled when a higher rise is available. i'll get a lot of wear out of these! i'm generally a 31 or a 32 in CoH jeans, and i went with a 32 in these. after the initial breaking in period, they are snug but comfortable.

I NEVER buy jeans at full price, NEVER. But I ripped my "dress up/dress down" pair of jeans and sort of ordered these impulsively. Glad I did. They are very well made and very flattering with just enough stretch. I've got normal sized womanly hips, 34-25-37, and I always appreciate the high-waisted style since it accentuates all the right parts. I feel very comfortable in these all day, they don't get loose on you, and they are definitely "thigh-slimming." My only complaint would be, and this is true of all COH jeans, the pockets are pretty big and before they are properly worn in, it can make the butt look a little flat.
