It is a very beautiful dress in person, the colour is vibrant and the fit is very flattering. As with all Tracy Reese dresses, I do need to size up as I am between sizes.
The dress is constructed with a thicker polyester so no lining is needed. My main issue with the dress was that there were very visible threads hanging off in numerous areas. If I'm spending this much money on a polyester dress, I would expect it to be well sewn and finished. Not the case (at least with my dress).
Part of me is very glad to have the dress, the other part is kind of wishing that I would have waited to snatch it up when it moved to the sale section.

I really like this dress, which looks just as flattering on as it does on the model. I'm not sure about the title for the dress - because delphinium is a purplish-blue flower, while the flowers on this dress are actually the light blue/royal blue combination that you see depicted in the photos. The colors of the dress are every bit as vibrant as you would hope for. I am not a big fan of polyester summer dresses, but this one seems to work reasonably well. Fortunately it is not lined and it is sufficiently dark to not need a lining. It is hand wash so you could wash it right away if you really sweat in it. I haven't worn or washed it yet so can't address any pilling issues.
I am typically 0P or 00P in Anthro dresses, often taking 00P for a more fitted look (measurements 30B-24.5-32.5). The smallest size available here was 0P, so I ordered that and it works well. It is quite fitted through the bodice and if a 00P had been available it would have been too small for me in the chest. So if you are between sizes, order the larger one. The skirt is very full - actually much fuller than it appears in the model shot - so you won't have to worry about it not fitting in the hips. It does have the nice A-line profile shown so it is very flattering. You might be able to wear a regular bra with it, but I could still see my straps through the armholes at the back, so I will probably wear a strapless bra. I am 5 ft 3 inches tall, and I would recommend that petite ladies order the petite version to make sure all the bust darts are in the right place, the straps stay up properly etc. The length of the petite dress on me was very similar to what you see in the model photo - maybe a tad shorter but not much. Really a beautiful dress!

I absolutely love this dress! It's a little more low-cut and cleavage-baring than I expected (5'11", 155 lbs, 36D), but it fits perfectly and looks amazing. The fabric is thick and it will hold its shape.
