I have to admit- I thought this was kind of ugly sitting on the table. The color caught my eye amongst the sea of gray and black winter clothing, so it was worth trying on. I loove it. It's very soft, comfy, yet heavy enough to keep me warm. The collar is simply beautiful and can be taken off so the sweater can be washed. I was in between sizing and stuck with the XS because it looked better- but I *almost* had to size up because it is slightly tight in the chest. I typically wear an XXs/XS petite top, and an XS regular worked well and had a great length.

I ordered both L and M and will keep the L - XL might have been better but L is fine just prefer a slightly loose fit. I'm 5'7" 38 almost B and never know if I'll need a L or M. One sweater I got the other day would have fit me in a small. Thanks to all reviewers who give detailed information re: fit and body size as sometimes I get my size perfectly from others feedback. The only thing I didn't like was the way the collar attaches...easy removal is nice but the ribbon hangs loose unless I missed something. Might try to figure out how to change so it loops through something before tying. I do like the look with the collar the best but nice without also. The orange color is nicer than I expected.

When I saw this on-line I couldn't wait to try it on at my local store! Went ahead and tried the Caramella Pullover as well as the Bluebird and couldn't believe the difference in feel and sizing between the two. The Bluebird Pullover runs about a size smaller and feels much heavier on. When I went up to the next size I didn't like the way it looked on me.
In the end I decided to purchase the Caramella because of it's lighter weight, but really wish I could just buy the collar on the Bluebird Pullover because it is so stinking cute! The collar is really well made and the little applique' bluebirds are made of velvet. The color of the sweater is pretty accurate, however I thought the Polka dots were white and they are actually a pale blue.
