by freefire Very beautiful, BUT very poor quality
I was so happy to get this tablecloth as I have been looking for one just like this for ages. I got the one in very beautiful deep Navy Blue color (no longer available now) and it was so gorgeous. I didn't use it straight away as I was waiting for the special occasion to use it for the first time. When I did, it looked just fabulous!
HOWEVER. To my deep disappointment, the color faded in just within 2 weeks of light use (a household of just 2 persons, and we use the dining table just for dinner and sometimes lunch). Around where the tablecloth drapes over the edges of the table, the color has faded so much - it became so pale and after 1 month now it's even losing the blue color! Unbelievably low quality that I never would have expected from Anthropologie.
I would have returned it if I am in the US. Being in Asia, the shipping cost just wouldn't warrant it. Plus, I have discarded all the return slip and invoice - being so confident with Anthropologie quality! Big mistake.
I have yet to wash the tablecloth and see how further the color would fade. Very sad and a great shame since it is so beautiful! The floral pattern, the original deep navy blue color, the handfeel... If only the color would stay!

I have bought this tablecloth in three colorways over the past few years (red, medium blue, and buttercup yellow). Love the look of the jaquard, the luminous colors, and the heavier weight of the pure cotton.
Easy care wash and dry, and in a pinch it can be used without ironing. The stains from meals have come out so far by treating with a bit of stain stick, then washing right away so the stains don't set, and popping in dryer if the stains come out in the first wash. All the colors have stayed true and luminous through quite a few washings, but I do use 'colorguard' detergents.
The smaller size is a bit wide for our tables that seat four, but not enough to be a real problem.
Such an easy way to change the look of a room that I'll buy more as new colorways are issued that go with our decor.
Now if only Anthro would carry some center-design French acrylic coated cotton tablecloths that are kid-proof......

by romanaccia Looks great,
I got the sky color and looks great. I didn't buy matching napkins so I use some linen white napkins that I already had and works very well.
First night I used it of course one my guests broke a full glass of red wine that spilled all over the table cloth, but after guests left I soaked it over night and came back as new. I'm very happy with this purchase
