Rated 3 out of 5 by Pretty Details, Not Pretty Fit I was so excited about this top. I wanted something summery that was kinda reminiscent of Mexican peasant blouses without being too literal or costumey. I really had high hopes. The top itself is pretty (when it's not on me!) and the detail seems good. The colors are lovely and summery. The fabric is a nice quality, if not a bit more wrinkle prone than it seems in the pictures. But the cons outweighed the pros, at least for me. First, the top is extremely sheer, so wearing it without a base layer is impossible. For me, that completely defeats the purpose of an airy summer cotton blouse. I didn't expect to have even a nude t-shirt bra be visible under this. And then there's the fit issue. I'm not hugely endowed in the boobage area, but I have what I'd call an average-largeish bustline and this was just a horrible fit. It is very small right up to the end of the colored detail, so it fits tight and then very loose, which made me look kind of (how to say this) droopy even though I'm really not and was even wearing a full support bra under. Bottom line: Cute in theory, nice colored embroidery, well made, but nobody wants to look "droopy and see thru" for summer. May work for some fit-wise, but then there's the sheer issue for every shaped lady. Better tops/fish in the sea! :) June 20, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by I wanted to love it but.... The overall quality & color of this top is great. It's such a sweet summer top however, I didn't care for the fit. I buy petite sizes when available & this one was just too short. Im not busty (34 small B), athletic build & this top made me look preggers! I really wish it would have worn a bit straighter. Would be cute on someone who is tiny, thin & small busted. Returning it, sadly. :( June 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cute summer top Pros: -pretty embroidery that's depicted more accurately color-wise in the first photo with the dark-haired model than in the pic with the blond model -lightweight (I didn't find the material too sheer to wear without a camisole for casual wear and couldn't see my nude bra through the embroidery and top banding, but would have to wear one to wear it to work because you could faintly see the outline of my body/waist) -NOT dry-clean only as the label states; I tested the embroidery for color-fastness, it didn't bleed, so I hand-washed it with no fading or shrinkage Cons: -Price is high for what it is; I used my birthday discount but wouldn't have paid full price since it's a simple top with machine-done embroidery, made in China, I believe. -perhaps limited to the non-busty? Since the way this top hangs is dependent on the fit in the chest area, the bigger you are up top, the more the shirt is going to poof out away from your body July 13, 2013

Whitney Pozgay first caught our attention with her happy-go-lucky take on fashion - vintage-inspired, clean-lined coordinates - but she really won us over when she agreed to create a capsule of petite styles exclusively for Anthropologie. A petite woman herself, she understands the challenges of dressing a smaller frame, nailing the delicate balance between proportion of silhouette and scale of print. Inspired by the beachside town of Tulum, Mexico, this beautifully embroidered shell is the perfect topper for colored skinnies.
