Rated 4 out of 5 by Vibrant Colors, Difficult Fit Quality of this dress could not be any better - the construction along the bodice, waist and skirt are beautiful (fabric swatches go in different directions) and the website pictures don't do it justice. The colors are vibrant and fun - and it is definitely a bit saucy. :) Fit: I am normally a six/eight - I am wearing an eight in the photos. The cups and top portion of the dress fit well, but the skirt caused me some serious trouble. I had a lot of extra fabric through my lower waist, hips - but the skirt portion of the dress was too tight on my thighs. Pull the dress down to stop it bunching around my legs and the top portion became to low - pull it up to sit where it should on my bust and it bunched around my legs. My store didn't have a size 10 to try on, but I would be worried that it would start to become too large on my upper body. This is a lovely dress - but it requires the right figure - possibly hourglass only? August 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful Colors This dress is so stunning, the fabric is gorgeous, especially the mix of colors. I LOVE the ruffles on the bottom of the dress. Unfortunately, the bustline is made for a smaller size. I really, really wanted this dress to work, as I have been eyeing it forever and waiting for it to go on sale. I'm a 36C...too much was showing for me. August 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful narrow cut dress I was so happy to receive this dress - the colors are so beautiful, the construction and overall workmanship is excellent. Unfortunately, this is cut too narrow for my hourglass figure. I am 34DDD and the top was just not adequate. Wish Peter had allowed a little more room for us curvier girls..... will have to sadlly return. May 31, 2013

San Francisco native Peter Som launched his namesake line in 2001, drawing upon his lifelong love of sketching, the aesthetic influence of his architect parents and the Bay Area's easy elegance. Som's premiere collection for Anthropologie, featuring his signature audacious prints and couture detailing, pays homage to the witty, wanderlusty, confident woman who wears what she loves without ambivalence, and with a wink. Case in point: a classic cocktail shape gets an alluring update from a structured bustier bodice and crinkled chiffon petals.
