I tried this on in XS and S (normally wear a S, 5'6", 133lbs, 32D), and they were both pretty loose and blousy, but the XS cuffs were rather tight compared to the S. It was pretty sheer; all the patterns were see-through. It's a cute summery shirt but I'll wait for a sale.

I was intrigued by the daily e-mail from Anthro and decided to check out this shirt in the store. As previous reviewers indicated, it is somewhat sheer (not the end of the world), and doesn't feel terribly soft (bummer), and is like linen. What they didn't say was how poorly constructed this garment is. Even on the hanger, I could see that some of the sleeves were pulling away from the body of the top at the seams. This shirt is guaranteed to rip or tear. Also, upon closer inspection I could see that the collar was so minimal, it just looked silly. An inspection of the back detail also showed poorly executed design. Maybe I've been watching too much Project Runway, but I could not give this shirt many points. I left it on the rack.

I disagree with a lot of these reviews. I do not think it is poorly made. Sure it's loose, but that's the style. The fabric is sheer, but it is very typical lightweight cotton that you see in many Indian designs. It will be perfect for the summer. It wasn't that stiff to begin with, but one wash and it's heavenly soft (just make sure to wash in cold water & don't dry!#. I got the blue camel one and the print is fantastic. I think it's even a little brighter in person. Plus the buttons are super cute and it comes with an extra sewn to the tag. It's long which is perfect for me #5'8") so make sure you get the petite if you're on the shorter side. I did go down a size too. I guess if you're a tiny person it may be a bit ill-fitted, but as a tall curvier girl I love it!
