Rated 4 out of 5 by For the Hippie Chicks I am a free spirited girl and this dress steps right out of the sixties. The pattern is fantastic. I did have to put on a minimizing bra for this, because my breasts could not fit in the top of the dress with my normal bra (and my breasts are just average size). I purchased my usual size 8 and love it. I will not be able to bend over in this dress, because it is very short. My husband hates this dress, but men like tighter clothing. I am keeping this dress because I adore it and it makes me feel fun. March 20, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by So disappointed! This dress looks so adorable on the model, and typically this style fits my body type. I'm 5'2, I've got a few extra pounds but I still typically where an XS or Small in Anthro dresses. I bought the 0, which I knew was a little risky. It was a little tight in the shoulders, but the skirt portion was huge! I'm only 5'2 and the dress came down to my lower knees, and there was just a ton of material. It already looked like a tent on me, so going up to a 2 would not have helped. It really looked horrible. I find this with a lot of Anthro dresses, the top is tight but the skirt is very loose. Anyhow, it's going back today, but hopefully there will be other cute things in the store! February 27, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good, not great I was loving this dress in photos and was excited for it to arrive. I realize that most clothing is taped/clipped or altered in other ways when on the model, but I was a little perplexed when I had this dress in my hands. The pattern and colors are accurately represented in the photo, but the bodice seemed too wide and the skirt too long. Not sure what size the mode is wearing, and I'm sure she has legs for days, but it had to have been hemmed or something. I'm 5'6", with a longish torso, 130 lbs. I ordered a 6 and it went a bit past my knees. I guess I could reorder and size down to a 4, but eh....kind of over this dress now. March 3, 2013

RED MOTIF Style #:26913103 A Made In Kind design.

Captured in classic nautical motifs and crisp colors, Karen Walker's second Anthropologie-exclusive collection, Runaway, pays homage to Victorian seaside holidays. Equal parts street style, high fashion and unabashed optimism, Runaway uses simple fabrics - chambray, poplin, voile and French terry - to embody the essence of summer. We love the peasant shape of this crepe de chine mini dress - the smocked bodice clings nicely, while the rest easily flows away from the body.
