Rated 5 out of 5Â by BooRadley MY LEGS LOOK AWESOME.
These just look great on. None of you know me, so I'm not ashamed to boast about how great my legs look in these jeans. My motives are pure: I want all of your legs to look awesome, too.
I'm a tall slim hourglass, usually a 6/8 in Anthro stuff and a 28 in designer jeans, but because I'm proportionally smaller in the waist and fuller through the hips and thigh, and the waist often gapes for me, I sometimes size up in skinnier jeans and nip in the waistband with a couple of darts. I do it myself, by hand, despite being a really shoddy seamstress, and it works better than you'd think. Try it!
I got these in a 29, and it was the right choice. The fabric (Dark Grey) is stretchy but thick and soft. It fits beautifully through the leg - not too skinny, more "straight" which is really flattering for me - and the waist actually doesn't gape much at all. They may stretch out a bit, but if that's the case I don't mind the leg getting little more relaxed. I can always do the waistband trick if necessary.
I tried another Stevie Ankle style in Sulfur Faded Plum, and they weren't a success, but these are much better. The dark grey is dark enough not to show lumps and bumps, and they hug your thigh in all the right places and are a little more relaxed through the calf. It's a great alternative to the true skinny jean, and can work with smart or casual.
The waist is a little lower than some of my other Stevie's, but because they fit me quite well, nobody is going to see anything they're not supposed to.
I love the ankle length, which on me really does show a few inches of ankle. They look great with heels, but they also look awesome with Doc Martens, in case anyone is wondering.
I really can't get over how flattering these are. I don't have traffic-stopping legs, but in these jeans my legs look a mile long and quite shapely.
BUY THEeeeM. Seriously.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by AnthroShopper2312 Too snug and material attracts lint
Just received my pair in black and unfortunately, won't be keeping them. They are definitely super soft and the black is a true midnight black, however I have several other pairs of Stevie Ankles and found these to be uncomfortably snug in the waist in comparison. The type of material also attracts lint like crazy. They were perfect when I took them out of the plastic, but by the time I put them on, I already had to lint roll them. I love my Stevies, but these are going back :(

I normally wear a size 26 in jeans, so that is the size I purchased originally. However, after one wear, they had stretched out both in the waist and knee area. I always struggle to find jeans that both fit in the waist and don't bunch around the knee and calf, as I have very skinny legs. I went back to the store and tried on the 25, assuming they would be too tight (I have never worn a 25). They fit perfectly in the leg and were just a little snug in the waist, so I decided to exchange them. After a few hours, the waist stretched a bit and they are still snug, but comfortable. I do wish the waist wasn't quite so low. I am 5'3" and 106lbs. I bought the green color and they are beautiful, extremely soft and will go with many things in my closet.
