This is one of the most beautiful purchases I've made from Anthro, I feel like a glamorous 1930s movie star with a slightly bohemian twist. Long dresses are always tricky for short gals (I usually feel as if I'm playing dress-up in my mother's clothes), but the cut of this petite maxi is exquisite and fits fabulously. I'm 5'2" with a small waist and a 32A bra size and found the bodice on the 0P fits perfectly . . . this is unusual as I have found Anthro dresses to run a bit big in the bust. The rich, deep aqua color and lovely pattered lace overdress are gorgeous. If you have a fancy holiday occasion don't hesitate on this beautiful dress. My only warning is that the fabric on the slip is fitted without stretch, so keep that in mind when sizing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anthrosterical Gorgeous rendition on 30s drama and style.
This is a wonderful dress. It has a 1930s style to it with a twist as the front is slightly shorter. This is more charming and quirky than the more irritating "mullet" skirts and dresses of late. The color has more green than here and the slip showed at the V when I tried it on regardless of how I tried to shift it, but that did not really bother me.
I am definitely going to keep an eye on this as it is gorgeous and not a bad price for the lace. Yes, it's machine made, but a higher quality than usual given the price point.

For some reason, I was surprised at how sheer this is. The slip is quite noticeable, as there is not a lot to hide it. The color of the slip is perhaps a bit too bright; not un-noticed as it is on the model. The lace is lovely; fine quality and a beautiful color. The slip is not as good quality as the dress, and it does show at the bodice, in the v or else it shows at the hem. I am still trying to decide if I am going to keep it. If I do, I will have to alter the slip or find a replacement. At the sale price, it is reasonable. I wear a 10 with Anthro, and this fits me well.
