Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty This dress is very pretty. I purchased this dress hoping for a pretty dusty pink or mauve pink in color. I am not sure why it is described as any kind of pink since it was more of a khaki with a pinch of mauve.. If you are looking for any taste of pink, sorry it ain't gonna happen (unless my dress was dipped into the wrong color dye by accident). Other than that everything was perfect. I Purchased this dress in a size 0 , I am 5'1 in height and this dress comes exactly to my mid knee cap. Great boning on the sides. Light weight and fluffy (not too much). Over all nice dress except for the lack of pink. November 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very sweet I bought this dress thinking I would try it and not expecting a lot. I was sure I would sent it back. Well, it arrived today, and it's staying with me. The fact that I got it while on promotion makes the case for it that much stronger. If you have the Dulcie dress, it's very similar in color to the skirt part. It's a taupe-like dusty color, faintly reminiscent of rose. I wouldn't call it pink. The flowers are made out of a golden-bronze thread, not sparkly, but definitely shiny. It looks like an occasion dress, but you can pull it off on a summer afternoon (or winter if you live in a warm climate, cause here in NYC if you wear a summer dress in the dead of winter on a regular day, it doesn't look so regular) I was afraid it would make me look boxy, but it doesn't. I bought it in a 0P and it hits right above my knee, just like the model in the picture. November 26, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing find!! I love this brand and when I found this dress I knew that it was what I needed for my upcoming winter wedding rehearsal. It is so light and whimsical and can be pared with a gorgeous fur, cardigan or with tights and boots. A true cameleon of a piece. This will be making an apperance in every season. Great fit, has cups for the smaller chested, like me, and hits right at the knee. December 11, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Ok, I want to love this dress, but I'm not sure if it loves me back :( I took a risk with this dress, as I never do strapless, and I'm still waffling on it. The Pros: This dress is truly stunning. What the website characterizes as pink is actually a warm, greyish lilac with golden embroidery- it makes an ethereal, romantic statement. Also, the fabric is quite soft and comfortable, and the free hips make it easy to move around in. Another nice plus is that despite the frilliness, this dress is actually pretty versatile. I tried it with a plum colored cardi, oxfords & a gold necklace, and it made a lovely, day to night ensemble. The Cons: It's strapless! Ugh. I know, I shouldn't have ordered it if I knew strapless wasn't my thing, but it is too pretty to not try. Although the dress fit everywhere else (I'm 5'6", 32dd, 27" waist, 39" hips and got a size 4), it was surprisingly large on my 32dd bust, which was only magnified by the lack of straps. I found myself fiddling and pulling just to keep the top in place. Also, while the boning is not constricting, it hits right on the hip bones, which leads to this weird puckering on the side seams. Overall, I truly love the romantic look, the dusty color palette and the high quality of the dress. I'm just not sure it works for me. For anyone considering it, it is lovely and surprisingly versatile, but the cut makes it challenging. Well, I'm off to debate if I should add some straps to this beauty and give it a permanent home in my closet. November 24, 2012

PINK Style #:26108605 As spring get-togethers abound, nothing¿s more festive than a party dress, particularly one that's covered in pretty embroidery. Here, Project Alabama's frothy frock evokes the graceful air of a ballerina. Boston Ivy Dress
