This is a skirt that you can grab out of your closet and pair with almost anything. I wear an 8/10 and purchased the 10. I have very large hips with a smaller waist and because of my hips (and if I am being honest, my thighs), I had to purchase the 10 even though the waist gapes a little.
I did not even look at this skirt online, because it did not stand out to me. I purchased this in store, because the color of the skirt is the prettiest red. Much better in person. I love the flare at the knees. It is very flattering and extremely feminine.

The picture doesn't do this skirt's shape justice--the flare at the bottom is much more fun in person. It's a wonderful primary red color. I agree with other reviewers that it runs a bit large, but not too much so--I take a size 8 or a 6 depending on brand/cut (waist 28" hip 38") and the 6 worked for me with this skirt. A few quibbles: It's not lined, and the material clings to my tights. Because it's so lightweight, I'm not sure how much wear I'll get out of it this winter (was hoping for a little more weight and warmth in a corduroy skirt). Also, it appears to be a wrinkle-prone fabric. Easy things to overlook at a sale price, though.

I am 5'4", 124-127 (my weight fluctuates), 34C and I bought this in a size 4. I originally ordered a size 8 and the skirt was too loose. In my opinion it runs a little big. I am normally a 6 in skirts, but ordered the 8 since I don't like skirts to sit too high on my waist. I returned it. The 4 fits perfect. The color is a bright red. The material is a thin corduroy.
