by LeChatofMontmarte Absolutely incredible. Must have.
I've never really cared for wedges, but recently I have been coming around to them. With that being said, I found myself instantly attracted to this pair. They are GORGEOUS. They are very well made and, being only 3 inches, very comfortable to walk in. I'm usually a 7 1/2 in shoes and the 38 fit perfectly; not too tight so that the zipper and pointed toe did not cause any issues when walking and the strap ensured that I couldn't slip all over the place. I am definitely am coveting these shoes. Although they are pricey, I will be purchasing these after much thinking and when my next paycheck comes in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by theatredesigner Shoes as sculpture
Have followed Sigerson & Morrisson for a while now and was delighted to find these on Anthropologie. The (wine) colour is deep, rich and will work with so much. While I was nervous about the pointed toe, especially since my foot is a bit wide, it fit beautifully. I'm a true US 8 and the 38 seems just fine. The lovely strap across sits well on my foot both sitting and walking. I have a high instep and again this was a fit concern. And...they are comfortable! The wedge seems to have been well calculated. Just first rate all-round. Finally...the reason I ordered these in the first place...the shoes are beautiful pieces of sculpture...a Sig/Mor signature. Off now to order the black ones!! (and awaiting the short Pied Juste boots I ordered as well)

Rated 4 out of 5 by JMeade Had to exchange the shoe
The first pair I received in the mail had a manufacturing error. The strap that came across the ankle was smaller on one shoe and fit so tight I could barely walk. I returned the shoes at an Anthropologie store and they were very helpful about exchanging and sending a new pair. The new pair fits much better. The strap doesn't fit perfectly flush against your foot and can hurt if you flex your foot too much, but overall they are quite comfortable when walking. The quality is average, and I think a little overpriced. But I kept the shoes because they feel fine walking and they look great with straight leg pants and skirts.
