Rated 4 out of 5Â by riskanti Oh, were I a little less womanly...
I finally tried this sweater on after weeks of eyeing it during my shifts at the store, but alas, if you have any sort of curves, it might not work so well for you. I'm 5'3", 34D, 135lb, and the sweater just lay awkwardly on me, particularly at the back. Sizing up would've just drowned me. However, the material is super soft and comfy and I WISH it had looked better—bottom line, this may be better for women who are more slender. My opinion :)

Rated 4 out of 5Â by ChelleWithPaint Lightweight Cardi
So true that this is infinitely better-looking than these model photos suggest. I think it is because the model has it pulled close together on her chest, when it really looks better when allowed to fall more "on either side". I am slim but ample up top and when I adjust the cardi over my chest like that it does look a little sloppy and from the side, a bit large. I go between a small and x-small and got this in the small. It is pretty drapey but there was no xs to try on and I felt that it was probably meant to be that way.
Not five stars because it is thin and the construction is average. I also keep having the urge to wrap it around myself like a blanket because there is plenty of fabric hanging at my sides to do so, and with the fabric being so thin that makes it feel warmer, but it looks wrong when I do that- the pockets look silly when they overlap at angles so I have to keep resisting that and leave it open and feel a bit cold.
Overall I recommend it but perhaps not at full price. I was seduced by the pattern and lack of lace and ruffles (which are ok but need some relief from)- nice to find something a bit less girly but with a shape nonetheless. It is less versatile than I thought it would be. Goes well with my jeans and converse that I wear nearly every day now. Black tee underneath. Don't really like it with anything else. When the weather warms up a bit perhaps I'll like even more.
