Rated 5 out of 5 by Unique and Delicious! I bought this book as a gift for someone who loves to can. I didn't look through it before I bought it, I just fell in love with the title and cover. But when I got it home and started looking through it, I didn't want to give it away! This not only has recipes for canning tomatoes and the usual, but there were granola recipes, fruit syrups, and in the back it even told you how to make vegetable stock and how to freeze extra fruit/vegetables. I also liked that some of the recipes didn't take too long or require extensive equipment, because I have a tiny kitchen and a very busy schedule. I will definitely be purchasing my own copy now!
