I saw this in store and did not care for it but when i read the reviews online, i paid shipping to try it.
The skirt fits beautifully. I am usually a size 0 or 2 in skirts, I bought a 2, 0 was on a smaller side. So definitely size up.
I loved the mix of textures and pocket placements. What you dont see in the picture is that on left side the pocket is high on hip (usual place). But on right there is cordruoy and a coin pocket at hip. Then there is soft cotton quilted pachwork from upper thigh to mid-to-slightly-lower thigh. That quilted patch is a pocket which starts not at the same level as left side pocket but at upper-to-mid thigh. I was really surprised with these small details and textures. Loved the skirt on. I did not care for it when I saw it on hanger in the store.
So dont pass it becoz it seems strange with mix of fabrics or too military. It looks great on, give it a try. And for this price, its way worth it.

This skirt deserves to have its praises sung. It is very flattering (more A line than I'd thought) and easy to wear. The design, with its patches of texture placed just so, is quite cute. Quality is only ok - it is unlined and a decent weight, but some of the stitching on the quilted portion was coming undone from mine.

I saw this skirt on line and thought it was okay; however, I saw it in a store and loved it. It is retro 70's and versatile. I'm going to wear it with a brown cardigan and a pink lacey top underneath that I bought from Antrho in the past. It's funky and I like funk. I wear a 10/12 in Anthro skirts and I took a 12 in this one. It falls right above the knee on me. It's a unique piece and at the sale price is really worth every penny.
