The top has a bit more of an A-line than is apparent in the photo. It's really cute, would look great with jeans. Hoping the lace overlay doesn't snag.

I have been shopping lounge wear much more lately for casual wear that I tend to grab most days of the week. This is another cute top I discovered yesterday. I love the lace, sporty combo look of this top. The sleeves were a bit snug for my usual size small, so I went up to a medium and it worked just fine. It's machine washable and I am hoping the lace/netting overlay holds up well. I will turn it inside out, delicate cycle to try to avoid snagging. Love it!!

I have never seen lace with such whimsical designes before. It's refreshing to have lace sporting deer, doves and leaves, compared to Floral or Paisley. The combined colors of grey and cream are very restful and elegant-- when I saw this in the store, I did not at first realize it was "lounge" compared to any other artistic top I would wear out in public. The two layers are separate, with the grey fabric very soft to the touch (60% cotton, 40% modal).
The only challenge for me was choosing a size. Even the "small" was huge for me around the waist, due to the A-line shaping (would make a good maternity top), but the sleeves were quite long and tight. (For reference, I am 5'8", 135 lbs, #34-B) If I do decide to purchase this lovely piece (already at a decent price for the craftmanship), I'll try some gentle stretching of the cotton sleeves, width-wise, after it comes out of a gentle wash.
