Rated 5 out of 5 by Love! The quality of the wool is really nice and soft and the dark blue is really rich, richer than on screen. I ordered a medium and it fits very nicely, quite fitted through the waist and hips. (35, 29, 39), which gives the jacket great shape. I'm often in between a small and med and glad I went with the medium. I'm 5' 4" and the hem of the jacket is just below the widest part of my hips, quite long but looks good with pants. The pockets are placed in a way that looks nice and doesn't add bulk to the hip area. I prefer to wear the collar draped open, snapped up to the chest, not snapped all the way like it is shown in the photos, looks a little weird that way. The only possible down side is that the snaps are very strong and a little hard to undo, they could possibly tear the wool over time. I've been waiting for Anthro's boiled wool jackets to reappear and snapped this up as soon as I saw it. October 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by the best part of colder weather i wait for the casch copenhagen / gro abrahamsson boiled wool sweaters every fall too! they are quite expensive but worth every single penny. they last forever--my first one, which i bought in 2007, still looks immaculate, despite being worn about every other day in the colder months. they are timeless, elegant, and distinctive--i get compliments every single time i wear them. plus they are the warmest, densest, snuggliest wool, just perfect for when you want to skip the jacket. this is a true investment piece that will be with you for many years. i love this drastically asymmetrical version. the color is a perfect deep dark blue, lighter than a true navy. i got my usual medium (36B-28-38) and it fits TTS for me. it is fitted, but not tight, and nips in nicely at the waist. i love the pockets, and i don't think they add bulk to my hips. the snaps are a great look, although i will definitely try to avoid tears by using my fingernails to open each snap rather than pulling on the fabric. Rated 5 out of 5 by Amaaaaaaaazing this is an AMAZING sweater-it's a little light weight to be a coat IMO. the color is a deep rich navy heathered with black and charcoal--really dimensional and deep- the design is faintly military and can be worn partly open--esp on one side-the exposed snaps in this way are attractive and add to the military feel. add some warm leggings and buckle boots to complete that look! :) At the same time it is super feminine and softly drapes around the neck and shoulder. the length is a tunic length which adds to the femininity somehow as well as the practicality and warmth of this sweater. one warning: it is europe/scandinavian sizing--it is a full size smaller on my body, anyway; not so much the arms, bust and shoulders, but in particular the waist and lower half. if you have ANY hips or belly, definitely size higher--and it won't detract at all from the look. (but you may have to cuff the sleeve, as i did)..super cool...i love it and consider it one of the better pieces in my closet--thanks Gro Abrahamsson/Casche Copenhagen!! October 28, 2012
