Boiled Wool Draped Sweatercoat

Rated 5 out of 5 by I love the draped collar I love the draped collar. Unlike some of the other reviewers, the draping on my sweater is exactly like the photo. For any help, I am 5' 4", with a 34 DD bust and I have a small back and narrow shoulders and I bought the small, and it fits really well. I thought I might need to return it and order the M Petite, but I am super pleased with the fit. I generally buy either S or M depending on the style, so if you're in between like me, size down. And it is more a sweater, but also a coat. But then I live in San Diego, so a coat to me is not a coat to everyone. So chic. I love this, and so does my husband. October 25, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Almost perfect but not quite The color and fabric are lovely. The cut is good, if a bit long. But the pockets were designed to gape out from the garment and it didn't do my shape any favors. I'm a size 8 and I like to show off my waist. The pockets hit me right at waist level making me wider where I want to be narrower. Note that the photographer posed the model with her arms strategically over the gaping pockets in every photo! I hoped this would replace a similar green boiled wool sweater with buttons I bough a couple years ago that I unfortunately lost. This one was close but for the price - it had to be perfect and it wasn't. October 19, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love! The quality of the wool is really nice and soft and the dark blue is really rich, richer than on screen. I ordered a medium and it fits very nicely, quite fitted through the waist and hips. (35, 29, 39), which gives the jacket great shape. I'm often in between a small and med and glad I went with the medium. I'm 5' 4" and the hem of the jacket is just below the widest part of my hips, quite long but looks good with pants. The pockets are placed in a way that looks nice and doesn't add bulk to the hip area. I prefer to wear the collar draped open, snapped up to the chest, not snapped all the way like it is shown in the photos, looks a little weird that way. The only possible down side is that the snaps are very strong and a little hard to undo, they could possibly tear the wool over time. I've been waiting for Anthro's boiled wool jackets to reappear and snapped this up as soon as I saw it. October 4, 2012
