I love Anton Heunis jewelry (hand-assembled in Madrid and usually really well-made) and liked the unexpected mix of natural stone and crystals on this necklace. It was great to see it go on sale after the holidays. But when I received the piece the center (lowest) pyramidal stone had already unglued and was rattling around in the pouch; the dangling crystal fell off as soon as I held the necklace up. Beyond that, the chain was knotted in such a way that you had to unlatch it in order to untangle it, which means it couldn't merely have tangled itself in transit.
Really it's hard to account for so much being wrong, especially given the original price point. So back it goes. Maybe I was just unlucky, but maybe it was a production problem.
