Rated 2 out of 5Â by nothingfancyhere beautiful color, beautiful fabric, awful design
I'm currently in between sizes at the moment. I went with a size 8 because I'm smaller on top than on the bottom, and since the skirt flared out, I felt an 8 was definitely doable. Was I ever so wrong. So wrong, in fact, I don't even think a 10 would fit. I could only get the zipper up about halfway until I just gave up. This was not my only concern. The dress also flared out very oddly in back. Like a bubble on top. Not flattering at all. The only reason I gave it four stars in quality is because the color and fabric are fabulous! I really wish, for those reasons, this dress had worked out, but, alas, it is going back.

I am 5'1", 34C, 107# and typically wear a 4 or 6 in Anthro dresses. The 4 fit and was the perfect length (came right above my knee cap), but I have 2 issues with the dress:
1) The combination of the thick fabric, lining, and pleats make the dress flare out too much; a lot more than what the online photos show.
2) The top is cut wide above the waist. The dress, while it fit in the waist and was fine in the bust, gapped in the back at the top - would not lie flat. I am average build, so this dress may work better if you have a wider back.
I love the color and fabric. It is very thick and substantial. Color is between a light grey and pale blue. Absolutely lovely!
I am disappointed it didn't fit for me. If you can make this dress work, I highly recommend it.
ps - I think the fit is a bit large, but I couldn't move the slider on the sizing bar to reflec that.

I so wanted to love this dress (I bought it at a great price!), but the color was boring/slightly unflattering. I tried on all the belts I owned, and looked online to see if there was a belt that would help bring it to life, but alas found nothing. I contemplated dyeing it, but decided that I didn't want to take the risk and potentially ruin the dress.
In terms of fit, I bought my usual 4 and it fit me the way most of my dresses do (enough room for the girls and a little loose in the waist). Because I'm short, I probably would have had the straps taken up a bit.
I imagine this dress could be a winner on someone with the right complexion... or if you were willing to take the risk and dye it.
