This top was fine. That's really only the word to describe it. Not great, not bad. If you like blousy tunics with fabric belts then you'll love this. It runs big, which seems to be anthro's m.o. with these sorts of tops. I'm usually an 8-10 and I had on a 6 with tons of room. The back is pretty, but you would probably need a bra that's low cut in the back if you didn't want you're to show.

This shirt fit great, and I liked the length. The ties fell at about my natural waist and it was very flattering and drapey (I'm 5' 5", 34.5-25.5-37 for reference). Since it was wrinkled from being packaged, I put it in the washer (delicate cycle, cold) and then the dryer on low, according to the instructions on the tag. Now? The ties are basically empire waist (right under my bust), the buttons pull at my bust where before I had plenty of room, and the overall shirt is just smaller everywhere. Now the size I ordered is sold out so I'm going to try ordering a 4 and taking in the sides a little if the length is the same. I definitely will be hanging this up to dry, though, and perhaps just hand washing it.

I just received this top in black today, and the other two reviewers are right, it is "blousy", but I LIKE THAT ALOT! You have your form fitting shirts that are supposed to be fitted, and then your nice flowy blousy tops that look like they are carrying you instead of the other way around!
The material is lovely. Its so light and cool on the skin..I just love the feel of it..PERFECT for the hot summers here in Charleston.
The fit is good for me because I am a D Cup, so I don't consider it excess..its just right. Plus I am a size 14, so having the extra material up top is going to work out well for the busty. But for those who are smaller, you may find that you want to size down if you want a more fitted fit up top. The ONLY reason i am on the fence of like/love are the sleeves. The cap sleeves don't really "accentuate" the shoulders..they make them look squarish...almost manly. But with the right hairstyle, that could probably be curbed! That was just a first impression because I tried them on with baggy jeans on when I got home. I think with a slim white or colored jean, this top would be on the money. The peekaboo back is too cute and is perfectly placed..NO BRA SHOWING!
Plus the material and length will make it WONDERFUL to layer in the cooler months. Ill probably stick with her :o)
