Sigh. I really wanted to love this tank top - Bailey44 is known for its high quality cottons, and the pattern is truly lovely. However, when I received this top in the mail today, I discovered that it is actually made up of a mesh layer over a fitted hunter green tank. The quality seemed okay, but it's far short of what I expected to receive for $118! Additionally, what makes the gather in the top is just a randomly placed "X" of thick brown yarn...the model has her hand over the "X" in the product shot (side note: Anthropologie, please bring back the mannequin forms!).
Fit wise, the top is true to size, and a great length. I'm 5'11 and I wear a size XL, and the tank hit me at the same place on the hips as the it does on the product shot. Overall, I'm undecided as to whether I'll keep this top - suffice it to say, though, I'm quite disappointed.

I have been waiting for this top to go on sale. I was not disappointed when it arrived. It is stretchy and comfortable. Looks great with jeans, a plain skirt, or shorts. It is two layers of cotton material- a muted green layer underneath. On the model it looks like it gathers in the middle, but it really gathers off to the side a bit. Feminine, fun and a great buy at the sale price.

I really wanted to like this top, but it doesn't work for curvy girls. There's far too much fabric in the front, and if you are busty, it's exacerbated. Plus the pattern looks prettier in the pic. I heard the theme song for "The Waltons" in my head when I looked in the mirror.
