Rated 1 out of 5 by disappointed i had read the reviews about the broken zipper, but then had also read your response saying this issue was fixed. i got my dress, was so excited to try it on. zipped it up and it stuck. had to rip the zipper off to get out of the dress. i am actually horrified you are still sending this product out to customers when it is still defective! i LOVE anthropologie, but i think you guys need to take this dress off the website ;) September 6, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by I only kind of love it I was in love with this dress when I saw it online and I had to order it. It's a very flattering shape (especially for us curvy girls) and a beautiful print. It has a flirty flare but I don't feel like it's as extreme as the photo. My only issue is that the zipper got stuck while I was zipping it up (it fits perfectly so it's not that the dress is too small for me) and then broke. It's an easy fix at the tailor but I was expecting a little more quality. The material is also not what I expected. A little stiff and doesn't really feel like a $200 dress. The cons aside, it's a great dress but maybe a better deal once/if it goes on sale. July 9, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by How disappointing Before ordering the dress i had read all the reviews and knew what to expect, especially in regards the zipper. I ordered a size 0 and a size 2 (I am almost always a size 0 in dresses at Anthropologie). In this case I was not able to zip up the size 0 at all, too tight across the back. The size 2 fit fine. So for ladies who have a slightly broader back, I would recommend going up a size. Now to the issues with the dress. 1) Yes, the zipper was awful. I did not get it stuck, but I needed help unzipping, because it felt really stiff and I didn't want to rip it. 2) It is unlined, which I hadn't expected (I guess I should have read the description better on the website), for such an expensive dress. 3) Very poor stitching. In several places on the dress, the stitching was crooked and around the neckline something must have gone wrong, since there was a triple layer of stitching in one section. 4) Overpriced by far. This dress is cute in design and print, but not worth more than $30 in my opinion, with all the issues that it has. Because even at $30, you will still need to invest another $20 or more for a new zipper. August 15, 2012
