As soon as you toss this piece on over a t-shirt or more structure top with skinnies, bells or boot cuts you have an instant casual polished look. I love this jacket. I bought the white and black. I've worn this with red, white, black and green tops. It looked equally great with each. While the jacket is versatile and adds instant polish, it is perfect for us petites with a full bust. I am 5'1", wear a 34 DD, weigh 128 lbs and usually wear a size 6/8. I purchased the jacket in size PM. The jacket emphasiizes my hour glass figure and fits my bust area beautifully. When purchasing jackets or blazers, I always look for button placement that is slightly below my bust line to avoid the gaping. Often I have to size up and then head to a seamstress to have shoulders, length and sleeves adjusted. Not this time. This was perfect right out of the box. I highly recommend this jacket as an addition to your wardrobe.

I needed a blazer that didn't look too corporate with a casual edge that still looked feminine. Tall order but casual blazers often look sloppy and not versatile for pants, skirts and dresses. This blazer fits the bill very well. The stripes look clean and sharply defined and professional without looking serious. The little ruffle at the back is understated and gives a slight flare (and flair!) that offsets the structure of the lapels and sleeves. Regarding the fit; I am tall with broad shoulders and wear a 4 in most items. I bought a small. Often the Cartonnier blazers/coats are short in the sleeves but for this style I think the bracelet length is appropriate. The shoulders fit well and the material has some give. I'm happy with this purchase and plan to wear it at the office with my new black AG sateen jeans and other skirts.

I loved this blazer in photos and on the hanger, but once I tried it on I was really disappointed. I tried on the XS, and was swimming in it! The sleeves and waist were way too baggy, especially considering the fact that it's a slightly shorter jacket (not an oversized "boyfriend" blazer). However, the fabric was a nice soft stretchy ponte knit, and held its shape well. I wish this had fit better, because I wanted to love it!
