Rated 5 out of 5Â by kristay Great construction, too big but easy to take in
I was quite happy with this dress which is versatile and is the perfect length for the office (with a cardigan thrown over it) or Sunday brunch with the family. The print is lovely and the price point is pretty good, particularly in light of Anthro's recent pricing on some of their items. I thought the construction was phenomenal which will make the dress easy to take in at several seams in order to fit me better. There is a side zipper, so I would elect to take in from the front and back seams rather than the sides. The fit up top (see close up shot) was really my only complaint. But being very slender and a 32A cup, that's pretty standard for me. Lovely dress!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by asta17 This dress has so much more shape to it than the model shot conveys - in fact, the shape is totally different. In the product shot it looks like a pretty straight shape, with an even hem. In reality, it's more of a fit and flare style with a slight hi-lo hem (it's noticeable, but not so much that it will be out of style when the more exaggerated version of that trend passes). The pattern looks just like the photo, though the base color is more of a tannish cream than it looks. It's a classic pattern with basic colors that should be pretty versatile. Pattern placement does vary - mine has more leaves on top and less flowers than the model shot.
I originally tried it in the store in a size 0, but it was way too big. So I ordered it in petite 0 and 00 not knowing which would fit better. The 0P was still too big, mostly at the chest and waist. The 00P is much better, as the bust fits pretty well (still a little loose, but to be expected with a 32A chest), the waist is fitted, and the skirt has a nice flare to it (I'm 5'1, 105 lbs). I do wish it was all one length all the way around. The back also has a little extra material in my opinion, and it might have a widening effect on some (I have no curves so it just gives me an appearance of having them). I would be extra happy if this dress had pockets.
It seems to be very well made - the inside hem is tacked with a ribbon, the top is lined, and the skirt has a thin mesh lining with a pink lace hem. No one will see it, but it's a nice touch when the inside of the dress is just as cute as the outside. There are even little snaps to keep your bra straps in place. There is a side zip with a hook and eye closure at the top and a button loop in the middle. The material is very substantial - it has weight to it so flows nicely and doesn't seem to wrinkle when sitting for a while. It is not sheer - in the photos I actually had a black bra and colored underwear on and you can't tell. I think this dress could be worn alone in the summer (just not on piping hot and humid days), and will layer great for the cooler months. It is polyester, but it doesn't feel or look cheap. It's machine washable which is a huge bonus. The piping is a great detail and makes the dress look more structured and expensive. I've felt that a lot of the dresses at Anthro lately have had sub-par quality, but this one seems to be an exception since the construction seems excellent and it appears that thought really went into making it. It's the little details that count.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Elaan Cute but bad fabric
I had my eye on it for a while and decided to try on with the 20% on full price item yesterday. I tried on a size 0 and it fits me perfectly (normally 0-2 in dress). I love the back is longer. The only complaint I have is the fabric. Doesn't feel good, and I won't spend $100 on this kind of fabric. If it goes on sale, maybe I will grab it.
