Rated 4 out of 5 by unique design but pricey We've been looking for a "unique" bookcase that didn't have a lot of metal work or big iron wheels. We were lucky enough to catch this on sale for ~$800 (vs. $1000). It arrived VERY well packaged, but without directions, and no website resource. After some trial and error, it went together reasonably well and is structurally very sound. It's a very nice piece, but given the assembly hassle, I'd say it's about $300 over value. Also, measure your area well - 55" sounds tall, but it's only ~ 4.5 feet. This is our issue, but we were expecting something a bit taller. July 12, 2013
