I love these hair ties. My mom laughs whenever I tell her I bought more (Ok, I... do have a decent collection now). I most recently got the purple motif set and the colors are just gorgeous! The light teal is a different material than all my others, more like a velvet or something, and the multi-colored/tye-dye purplish one has such a nice mix of colors. I love mixing and matching different ones to wear as bracelets with my outfits, and then I always have some handy for my hair! And very little works to keep my hair tied up without falling out or ripping, but these work great! Love 'em.

I have thick, long hair and have used this type of hair tie since they were invented but these were the first purchased at Anthropologie. They may work for thinner hair, but for me, the lack of elasticity combined with the way they quickly stretch out (sounds contradictory but trust me, it happens) made them a disappointment and I won't buy again. Still better than the G..... drug store ties that catch in your hair or break when you stretch them too much, but don't pass the ultimate test -- long-term and effective hair accessory worth spending money on.

Love, love, love these hair ties! Not only are they made of super comfortable nylon.. the patterns and colors are just adorable! I've purchased multiple colors, including a previous beige pack, the special ball sold around Christmas, and most recently two of the 'black' version with the animal print . I will say I was a little disappointed in the addition of the sparkly hair ties this go round. I knew before purchasing they would be made out of a different material, but I didn't realize just HOW different. The sparkly ones in my packs were TIGHT and have little stretch! They are not comfortable to wear on my wrist and do not hold my hair properly. Aside from that, the other hair ties in the packs are still worth every penny in my opinion.
