I just moved into a new apt. and desperately needed a new dresser, my old cheap IKEA dresser had been falling apart for 3 years and was held together by wood glue and about a thousand screws and nails. I bookmarked this cabinet the first time I saw it, and then found myself visiting the link constantly. I wanted something exactly like this: reclaimed/recycled wood, with lots of space since my new place has a smaller closet. After about 3 months I finally caved and ordered it.
Shipping time is listed at 3-4 weeks, but it came in only 1 week (maybe cause I live in NYC). The shipping company worked around my schedule and delivered it when I was available. It came fully assembled and they put the drawers in for me.
The wood is natural and beautiful. My ONLY complaint about it is that it looks like they used plastic or epoxy or something to fill in some holes/flaws in the wood on the front of the cabinet door, in 2 small square and rectangular sections. They made it look pretty good though so I'm not too bummed, but I do wish it weren't like that. I'd recommend getting drawer liners (I bought rolls of them at The Container Store) so your sweaters/knits don't snag on the natural wood. Even though they did a great job at sanding it I still didn't want to risk it.
I am VERY happy with my purchase! Overall definitely worth the price (to me).

This is truly the most beautiful piece of furniture I own. Living in NYC with little to no closet space, I needed something to hold my (endless) amounts of clothes. I love the variety in drawer size, as it really helps with organization. The large drawers are great for larger things like shirts and pants, whereas the smaller ones can be used for gloves, delicate lingerie and belts. The best part is the large cabinet on the right which opens to reveal three roomy sections, making it perfect for shoes. Aside from being extremely functional, it's really pleasing on the eyes and it's a piece of furniture that has a presence about it. It's both a statement piece, in that it is a large, solid piece of furniture, and not, in that the natural, rustic wood feels homey and simple. Make sure you check the measurements before you order and get out your tape measurer because this is BIG. Don't just account for length and height, as this has some substantial width to. This caused it to jut out from the wall a little much for my liking, but after a week I'm completely adjusted to it. The only con I can find with this piece is that none of the drawers can be removed completely, so if something gets stuck behind the drawer, it's pretty much lost forever. Sadly, this dresser ate one of my expensive bras, and there's really no way of getting back there. So be careful not to overfill the drawers and regularly check the back end to make sure nothing is caught and about to slide into the land of no return.
