Rated 5 out of 5Â by Renata0806 georgeous curtains!!!
I ordered themin 2 variants: grey and yellow. I ended up with grey, but it ws tough decision - I liked both of them. In grey variant the pattersn pops much more, the pater is in darker beige color, goes perfectly with our walls. Yellow is little bit mustardy yellow, the patters does not pop so much. They are well, made, the velvet is nice and soft, not too thin and not too heavy. Do not expect the very very heavy velvet though - it is not the case! Works for us. Lining is silver which is nice touch! I love them. They are elegant and aquirky in the same time.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by utah Elegant, Fun Drapes
I originally ordered two drapes, hoping to use only one per window on each of my two bedroom windows to keep the cost down. Unfortunately, at 42" these are narrower than most curtains, which meant that they were stretched tight across. So I bit the bullet and ordered four more, knowing that I needed four out of six but wanting to make sure that the pattern lined up on all four that I kept (not the case on my original two anyway). At two per window they drape beautifully now. Some other notes: This is a lightweight velvet, not heavy or super luxurious, though it does feel elegant. Also, the lining is the same color as the drapes, which means that if you are looking for a uniform look from the outside of your house (like all white backings), forget about it. Despite these little issues, I'm very glad to have them. The fabric and pattern are traditional and elegant but the large scale of the pattern makes them fun.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by arabesque beautiful, but thin material
i've loved these and wanted these for a long, long time. i finally bit the bullet, figuring i could also justify the purchase by using them as insulation, figuring the velvet would be at least a medium weight (like a different set of velvet anthropologie drapes i have).
they arrived today and are just as beautiful as i have imagined they would be.
BUT, they are very thin. not good insulators at all. you'll either need to add an (additional) lining (they're already thinly lined) or do the double-drape thing on the windows.
i purchased them in two colors, gray and berry.
GRAY: love the color, elegant and will work with just about any wall color and furnishings you may have (a stylish neutral). the light design on it is not true white but off-white (which works better with the gray color than true white would, and looks lovely to me). i plan on getting two more in the gray color, which is not a dark gray, but more a medium gray. they are +very+ lovely.
BERRY: this is not a berry, but really a mauve or a dusty rose. also, the lighter design on it is not white, but more like a beige. i don't think the light beige complemented the mauve / dusty rose color the way an off-white would. regardless, as pretty as many would find this mauve color, i have to return them, because i did not want mauve, i wanted red (and would have worked with berry, but this is not berry). the mauve color would look +great+ in rooms with a victorian or vintage romantic feel (i should alert my cousin -- i think she'd love this color; too bad it didn't work out for me).
