I saw this exquisite piece while visiting the San Antonio or Austin store. I visited both stores in a two-day time period, so I can't remember where I saw it. This piece is truly amazing to behold. The scale is emense which only adds to the glory of this creative work! I would have it front and center as a room focal point if I could rationalize the expenditure at this time. My only hesitancy is that the piece I experienced had a rough place perhaps due to missing glaze and the flaw was immediately noticable to me and my daughter upon up-close observation. I expect that was a fluke and should hope not a concern for someone purchasing online. If you can swing the price and are on the fence: GO FOR IT!

I first saw this amazing piece of work at the Rockefeller Center Anthropologie store. I was in NYC shopping for my wedding gown and my sister wanted to stop by Anthro. As soon as I saw the dining room table setting with this crazy menagerie of animals as the ceterpiece I knew I had to have it at my wedding! While the price tag is pretty huge, it is well worth it. It is much larger than it appears online and feels solid. At our wedding, all our guests commented on how wonderful the centerpiece of animals looked and many thought it might have been a family heirloom (it will be from now on). If you are looking for a statement piece, this is it!

by indian there is no doupt.....
that this joyous "canimalabra" is the most wonderful, special, unique, piece Ive seen in a long time. As a ceramiicist myself, and a tremendous animal lover- this piece has it all. I am very critcal of sculptural faces and proportions. Not a head too big or a nose too strange.
It balances well.
It is bright white, so cream colored candles are just right.
It IS large- hard to imagine the size of the surface that would warrent 2!
It's perhaps one of the most rewarding purchases, I've made in a long time.
