Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your order history and compile a Wish List. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total.

Order Status

If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, call 800.309.2500 from 8 a.m. - midnight EST, or email us at service@anthropologie.com.

Credit Cards & Gift Cards

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Anthropologie gift cards.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be prorated to the value of the shipment.

For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card also requires you to enter a credit card number. It will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount on your gift card. In this scenario, you will be charged the outstanding order balance. The information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.

Sales tax

The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped to a state where Anthropologie maintains a physical presence. A physical presence can be a store, warehouse or contact center. Please visit Store Locations for a complete list of applicable states.
