All Anthropologie merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed for 90 days from receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason during this time, please let us know and we will take care of you.

Return Process
You must contact us at worldservice@anthropologie.com within 90 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to obtain a return number. Both the order number and return number must be visible on the outside of the returning package and the original packing list must be enclosed or credit will not be processed for the return. Return shipping to the International Return Facility is the responsibility of the customer. The return will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase. Your refund will also include any custom tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.

Exchanges
