    Love it !
The XS Petite was perfect for me, the sleeves were just the right length and the button up fit me perfectly everywhere else as well. The only place it's a bit tight is in the shoulders but you only realize this upon raising your arms.Definitely recommended, it's beautiful and wonderfully soft.

    Strange fit, high quality
I bought this shirt because of its high quality flannel: soft, thick with beautiful natural color palette, and feminine back detail. But I had a hard time deciding on the size because of the less than perfect cut of this shirt. I am usually a size 4/S in anthropology tops. Sometimes I size down to 2 or XS. It is very rare when I have to size up. This shirts does fit wide and loose waist down but very restricting in chest/shoulders in my normal size S. The tight fit does not present itself until you start to move your arms. And then shoulders pull slightly but the buttons at chest area pull apart like crazy. Sizing up solves this problem to a degree. My work requires a full range of motion for my arms, therefore I had to size up to M, which made the top look longer and more relaxed, like an exaggerated boyfriend fit. But the quality of the flannel is worth it. The best flannel is anthropologie selection hands down.

    A great find
Ordered this shirt for a casual look with a little extra oomph... Check! It's well-made and versatile: I wore it to the office and out to HH later. I got an xs because I wanted the back lacy detail to act like a kind of peplum, and while it did not have that effect, it is still flattering and fun. Very pleased with this top.

    Just as lovely as picture
the material of this top is poly, but feels like silk and substantial. Usually I am a S in most Anthro tops due to vanity sizing, but based on recommendation from SA, took the M and it was PERFECT.;hit my waist at the right spot and it zips up the side. Fit and finish is excellent. Straps on a normal black bra didn't show through noticeably, so no special bra was needed, but i am narrow shouldered. I would say that if you are busty, you may need to size up. I'm a 34c, so not an issue, but could see if I were larger maybe. I just loved the top and it looked good under a card and would be great with a suit jacket as well. It's pricey but it was worth it. Happy purchase.

    Runs a little small
This is a very cute blouse in person. For reference, I am 5'7" and usually wear a size Medium or 8. With this blouse, the medium was the best fit, but was a little short of zipping on the side (it has a side zip, not a back zip), so I tried on the large. The large was comfortable, but drowned out my waist a bit, and was a little big in the arm area which I wouldn't have expected since I am a 34E. The length is perfect, and this is a subtle peplum, rather than being super exaggerated which I loved. The design on the material is more brown than black, the really only part with black is the top area of the blouse, which is beautifully crafted. Overall, I would recommend, but would suggest considering a size up if you are curvier or have a larger bust.

Beautiful top, but a bit big
Very pretty top, and the material (although its poly), is very soft and silk like. The only thing I didn't like was that it ran a bit large. I got an XS (5'1 and 100 pounds), and the shirt was a bit large around my waist.

    LOVE IT
REALLY love this shirt. Like the other reviewer mentioned, it looks and feels very high-end and falls nicely. The image shown on the site makes it look more tailored to your torso but it's looser fitting, which I like. It's a great shirt that can be worn more casually on the weekends or dressed up with black jeans and black boots.

    Super Soft
Love this. It's really soft and comfortable on - not stiff jean material at all. It's like your favorite jeans but in a shirt. The touch of the fabric feels and looks expensive. I have a large chest (34H) and can rarely buy button downs. This one in size large is flattering. Not too big, but doesn't pop open in-between buttons. The design on the back is also high quality. Highly recommend.

    Gorgeous!
I tried this blouse in both colors in size S. I'm petite, usually size 4 or SP, 32DD. The S in the pink fit me perfectly. I also found the cuffs to be a bit small, but because I'm petite they hang lower on me, so I did not find them to be tight on my arms. The neckline was a bit low, but not so much that I needed a cami (although one would be pretty with it), and I did not find it to be sheer when worn with a nude bra. I love the fabric! It's silk, but stretchy, and has a subtle texture to it. The length was about the same on me as on the model, and I'm very short, so it will be more cropped if you're taller. The fit is loose and flowy but not oversized. It's beautiful on its own, but not too bulky to be layered under a jacket or sweater. I found the tie-dye print to be more pronounced IRL than in the photo. The green blouse I tried was huge. The neckline dipped well below my bustline, and the sleeves were big and loose. I think it must have been marked with the wrong size, because I exchanged for another one in S and it fit like the pink one. I'm still trying to decide which color to keep. The pink is soft and pretty for spring, but the green is unique and a more flattering color on me. I would definitely recommend this blouse, but you may want to size up if you're tall or have broad shoulders. It's definitely cut for a more petite body shape.

A Very pretty blouse with a few "issues"
This blouse really is gorgeous, and it is a light, silk crepe, so it is perfect for those upcoming hot months. The material is slightly sheer, but the pattern on it mitigates this, so there is no need to wear it with a cami to cover your bra (although you might want to wear it with a cami for other reasons - see below). The pink version has really pretty darker pink and bluish grey color variations in it, and the "frayed" ruffles on this are very whimsical and in no way look unkempt. The buttons at the sleeves and at the base of the V-neck are a very cool geometric design (the ones at the base of the V-neck are purely ornamental/non-functioning, BTW). ------ I normally wear a M or a L in Anthro tops, and, because I am very broad shouldered when it comes to pullover-styled tops (like this one) I typically wear the higher size in my range (so in this case, the Large). Honestly though, in this particular top I didn't see or feel a difference between the M and L. The L was slightly longer, so I went with that one, but in shoulder girth there was zero difference; a little odd. ------ The "issues" with this top are as follows: ------ 1. It comes as a wrinkly mess. Not a "huge" deal in the long run, but you will need to steam it - and often - to keep it looking presentable. ------ 2. The V-neck dip on this is DEEP. REALLY deep. I am not well-endowed, so a plunging bra with spacing between "the girls" will suffice for me. You can "adjust" the top, pulling it up in the front, and further back on your backside (letting the material "dip" on your back) but this is just a temporary fix that will require continual readjustments throughout the day. Bottom line: if you are well-endowed you will need to either 1.) wear a cami or 2.) be prepared to put on a Mardi Gras worthy "show" of "the ladies." ------ 3. The sleeve cuffs on this - when buttoned - are tight and constrictive. It is quite noticeable. You'll need to be OK with wearing them unbuttoned, or be prepared to do a lot of adjusting and tugging. ------ Overall, if you can get past its designs issues, it really is a well made and pretty blouse. At the sale price point I think it is a worthy buy.

    Very Flattering
I am 5'9, and typically size into a L at Antrho. I purchased a large in this blouse, and it fit perfectly thru the shoulders, arms and neckline. After wearing it now 5 or 6 times, I still wonder if I should have tried a M as well, since the body of the blouse is quite roomy. That being said, I wear it with a cami, tucked into my black skinny jeans, and blouse out the waistline a bit, and it is a great look. I am amazed how good the neckline with the embroidery looks with my long dark hair, and I feel that the scoop is not low enough to show anything, but very flattering. Overall, I love this blouse. I did buy it on a 25% off day, since it was pricey, but have worn it many, many times already.

    Trendy and Comfortable
I first saw this tunic at Anthropologie in Chicago. I fell in love with it and bought it for a birthday gift for my mom. I knew she would at once love the soft texture and the detailed embroidery design; details that add texture and interest to the basic chambray. When this top went on sale, I recently added this piece to my own wardrobe. It is light weight, well made, and runs true to size. It looks great with my Pilcro pin striped chinos. I also plan on wearing it with my white jeans this summer. Although shown tucked in the picture, the top looks cute and tunic- like worn untucked.
