I had this sweater in M/L my basket. I didn't act quick enough and it was gone. I was so disappointed! I went to Anthro. today to made some returns. I found this sweater and tried it on in the XS/S. I know that sounds ridiculous but I just loved it. It still looked really great! The compromise? It doesn't sit as long and more cropped. Also, the sleeves are a little bit shorter. Other than that, it still looks great! I'm on the cusp of a M/L. I ordered all my other Anthro online items in a Large and they were all way too big. I'm keeping one of them anyway because I am just in love with the product. I'm 5'7" and weigh about 160 lbs. Curvy, but still athletic. Hope this helps as I always look at reviews before ordering.
And if this helps any, many of the items I tired on in the Anthro store today ran large. Happy Anthro Shopping!

Beautiful cozy sweater
I don't own any sweaters like this one, and I was hesitant to purchase it, but I'm so thrilled that I did! It is a beautiful sweater, the wool is so soft and is a really great color. I love how it "sits" on me, it drapes but still feels really cozy. There is the unique big pin closure and although it is attached on one end, you can still close the sweater in different ways so producing different looks. I'm about 5'5" and 130 pounds and the XS/S is, I believe a good size. I don't think I would want to go any larger. I rated the sweater as "runs large" only because it isn't fitted, but its such a great style and so wearable!

I love the chunky style of this sweater. It is gorgeous in person and has a great hand and small details such as the safety pin closure. It's great for those days where there is a chill in the air but you don't want to wear a coat!
Gorgeous sweater could be worn as a jacket in the right weather. As a petite, I usually stay away from large fur collars that overwhelm a petite frame, but this faux fur collar is perfection! It's just right: puffy enough for that cozy/chic look, but not too puffy to look like it's swallowing me whole. It hits right below the hip and with the design around the bottom edge, it's best worn with skinny jeans or pants that are fitted through the thighs to give you a slimming look. Or a fun sweater dress! I took off one star for the design for a small detail that puzzles me: where the design around the bottom meets the hipline at the sides of the sweater, right where it tapers down in the front of the sweater, the fabric sticks out. This would be fine if you have the hips to fill it, but I don't. It's definitely not a deal breaker for me. I just pat it down and it doesn't stick out. But otherwise this is just fantastic! Shown in the photo with the Penelope Chilvers Cuffed Clog boots, which look great with this sweater!

Cozy, gorgeous, AND does not need dry cleaning!
I absolutely love this sweater. I had been waiting for it to go on sale and was thrilled when it did and still had petite sizing available.Size MP fits perfectly and it is not itchy at all (I have sensitive skin). Love the fact that the collar is removeable. Thought this had to be dry cleaned. Glad that I can save on my dry cleaning bill by handwashing this. Though, I threw this in the wash with some other clothing (on handwash cycle) and the faux fur ended up on everything - so wash separately!

If you like looking fabulous without too much effort than this sweater is for you! Pair it with your fave skinny jeans, a nice pair of boots and a simple tank underneath and you will look instantly amazing going out on the weekends. What I like most about the sweater is you can just do up the top button, so many of my other longer, cocoon sweaters are always draping open. Long enough to wear with tight leggings. Would go down a size. I am normally a medium to large (36D) and took a small, sweater has quite a bit of stretch and given the fur you want the bottom portion to be slimming. I saw it at $168 and thought I would hope to wait for the sale but when the 20% off sweaters promo happened I had to get it. It's almost a jacket quality sweater, so in Dallas it's perfect for the winter without anything else. FYI - so much better looking in person than on the model.....again thinking more stylish left unbuttoned.
Sooooo glad I bought this very feminine, gorgeous sweater. It is stunning!!! There is a mixture of off white colors and even a few dark sports here and there and the edges of the lace trim are a little rough, stiff and unfinished giving it a very rustic European hand-made look although the sweater itself is very graceful looking overall. The top part above the lace is kind of see-through because of the perforations as it is not tightly knit... you might want to wear a nude bra or nude tank top underneath... however this feature adds to its delicacy and beauty. In my opinion the two different textures when combined give it an overall distinctive and very unique look. Can be dressed up or down but I feel it looks best and most elegant when dressed up with the right accessories.

Beautiful and Feminine
I ordered this sweater when I was browsing online during Antrho's winter clearance. AND I am so glad I did. It is my cozy go-to sweater for cold days.. It feels like I'm wrapped in a soft blanket I bought it in cream and ordered a small. I find that the shorter front is more flattering that I imagined it would be. I like to layer it with a tank peeking out. I pair it with my Stevie AG cords and add a scarf for a pop of color. However, itt's pretty enough to stand on its own.

Modern sweater with a vintage feel
I love this sweater! It will be a fun and different addition to my wardrobe. It's very flattering even with some extra holiday weight. I can dress it down with skinny jeans or dress it up with a leather skirt. I bought it in cream, but the blue is lovely too. I went for a size small since I thought it ran a bit big. Excellent quality with a great weight and feel. It looks better in person too. It's somewhat sheer on top so I'll want to wear it with a cream camisole. I highly recommend this sweater, and I don't take the time to write many reviews.
I saw this in a store mannequin paired with a creamy scarf, boot cut black jeans and open toed shoes. Though I have a few creamy cardigan types in my closet, I tried this one because it was different for a few reasons.
I love the cut of the front. It's flattering in it's angle and makes the piece less like a blanket. I love cozying up in the blanket look- but not all the time.
The color is very warm. It's a peachy, creamy cozy color and can be flattering to man skin tones.
The fit is LARGE. I usually go small, and went extra small for this. It was still roomy in the arms, and I had to just cuff them.
That said, it's a roomy cardigan and meant to be worn that way. I would size down because that just provides a cleaner line and better proporotion.
I love this piece. I even love its name. I have worn it picking pumpkins with my kids, and hiking last weekend as the fall leaves change. It's a lovely, warm (but not too warm) and comfortable piece.

I was searching for a sweater in the store to pair with the Icepleat Dress and this was a great find. It is cream and a warm tan color. Very dramatic shape, but the neutral palette grounds it. This will be so versatile for winter, very excited to put together with outfits. Runs a teeny bit large - I could have gone to a medium from my usual Large, but I preferred a bit more of the dramatic sweep of the large. My first sweater buy from Anthro in a long time - well done Anthropologie!

Cozy, dreamy blanket sweater!
I bought this sweater a few weeks ago and I've struggled trying not to wear it every single day. The color is just as it appears online (I own the tan color) and the volume of it is also as it appears online. When I first put it on I'll admit I wished it was softer. But since wearing it handful of times, it has become so very soft and cozy, I never want to take it off!! It's long enough to cover my toosh so I can wear it with leggings (I'm 5'8), and I get endless compliments on it. If you aren't into oversizing, this sweater probably isn't for you...but if you love the dreamy coziness of a true blanket sweater, this one is a major winner!! Can't wait to dress it up for holiday with some leather leggings and a cute belt!
Chances are, this winter, you'll pass by everyone wearing a sweater and not even do a double take, unless you're the one wearing this sweater- esp. the silver one, esp. during the holidays! The material is beautiful, with enough metallic sheen to catch people's eyes. The material is sturdy without being bulky. The sweater also hangs beautifully, creating a unique shape when worn, with the sides hanging lower than the middle in the front, thus giving you the opportunity to layer and having, say a sheer flowy tank top underneath it to create a more unique look- or better yet- lace. I couldn't find anything wrong with this sweater...I'm also 5'2 and it hangs beautifully, hitting right at my hips. This is definitely the sweater to buy for christmas season, with all the parties. Pair it with printed pants, or anything red- for Christmas- maybe that red tulle ballerina skirt.

cute cute cute
Love this sweater! The shimmer is just enough to add some pizazz without being overly shine-tastic. Its more of a peach color in real life than a real gold. I am 5' tall and the short front part of the hem hits me perfectly, not too short and not too long. The hem is fun and different and makes the sweater swingy and loose but not baggy. Its a nice mid weight sweater, not see through, but a slightly looser stitch. I am so happy with this purchase and would buy the other color if it goes on sale!

Classic but beyond basic
I'm very happy with this sweater! It's a perfect, medium weight material that hangs nicely. The neckline and solid, pastel color gives this a classic feel, but thanks to the shimmer in the fabric and the cut at the bottom, it has a beyond-basic flair. I normally wear a medium or sometimes a large in anthro tops, and the medium suited me well. It is the perfect length, I think - shorter would have been awful, so I do not think the petite sizes will suit many people (I'm 5' 5", so not tall). I think this will look great with black slacks or blue jeans. My only brief concern was that the shoulders seemed a little pointy at first, but that went away once I wore it a few minutes.
I love this tee. This is what I expect from Anthro. I also find that it is as shiny in real time as it is in the photo, but I have no problem with that. I find that it fits true to size probably around the hip or the waist, although I did size down based on the first reviewers comments.I normally have those issues with tees. I found the chest far more generous (slightly boxy) than most tees, which I liked. Perhaps a large would have been too big, but, I am curvy below the hips, so the medium does not flow as well. I will deal with that issue by tucking it in or simply folding it.
The tee is actually of a substantive material and is completely appropriate for work, a party, or for any sort of outing where you want to dress up without being over dressed (i.e., as shown in the photo). There is a long silver maxi skirt that is new, and might work with the tee for a boho-chic Christmas outfit.
This was a great buy (I got it $39.99) and will serve my wardrobe well.

This is not something I would normally be drawn to because I love color, but decided to try it when it went on sale because of the pattern and it is so well made. I have worn mine several times already with no pilling, something which seems rare these days. I also found this to be very forgiving in every way. I am typically a medium or a large, but took this home in a small. For reference, I am 5'3", 36C, 155 lbs. - curvy and fairly broad shoulders. The quality on this is excellent and although it would not have caught my eye at full price, it is a great buy at the sale price.

A nice surprise
I was shocked to see this on the sale rack at my local Anthro. This was a nice surprise. It's stretchy, easy to get over your head and surprisingly warm! I typically wear an XS and found it fit TTS. The photo doesn't do it justice, it's definitely a festive sweater, that'll be great for the upcoming holidays!
I added this vest to an order on a last minute whim. I haven't owned/worn a vest since I was a kid, so I wasn't sure how I would actually look in it... But, I actually love it! It is so flattering to my hourglass shape. I'm 5'6", 155lbs, size 12, and took a size m/l. The fit is spot on. I'm sure that larger sizes could get away with this size as well, you might just loose some of the ruffling detail along the front. I was worried the fabric might be too chunky and make me loose my shape, but the waist seems to be cut in, actually making me look thinner! Yea! I experimented with different ways of laying the collar and every way looked really cool. I'm so happy with my purchase! I ordered the "red motif", but it's more of a burgundy wine and purplish gray. The only thing to note is that the ombré isn't quite as pictured on my vest. The placement must be different on every piece. I didn't mind the placement on mine though.

Great quality and fit
Like some of the other reviewers, I added this to an order on a whim when it went on sale. I'm glad I did. It's beautiful. Very soft with a nice red color. It's not as chunky as it appears in the pictures but it drapes nicely and has pretty detail. Coming from a family of knitters, I can honestly say that this sweater looks and feels like it's knit by hand. Very high quality for the price. It's true to size.

Best Sweater Vest Ever
Love, love the red motif. The fabric is soft and the vest is very warm. I can see wearing this for a very long time.
