    Great stylish, modern dress
I ordered this dress in the blue zigzag motif. The fit and style are classic, and the fabric pattern and rectangular cap sleeves add a bit of modern twist. The top/body is fitted, and the skirt starts at the waist and is flowy and full, which makes for a very flattering fit. I can wear this dress now and easily into the fall with some booties and sweater. And even into the winter with some tights and tall boots. Very versatile. I ordered an XS and a S. I am 5'7" and about 123lbs. I usually wear a size 2 or a S, sometimes an XS. I am a 32D. Both sizes fit well. However, the S was slightly baggy and droopy in the armholes, so I went with the XS, which fits like it was made for me! The dress may be a bit shorter, it does come above the knee, but I did not feel it was too short in either sizes. I would say my torso and leg lengths are fairly proportionate.

    flattering, classic and comfortable
This is a beautiful and very comfortable dress. I'm 5'7, 120lbs and 32 B bust. I ordered a Regular Small in black/while. While other reviewers have found the skirt length to be too short, I found it to be perfect (not short) and consistent with the website images. Perhaps the Petite sizes are short. Looking forward to wearing while on vacation in Croatia this spring.

    The perfect dress for some
So I saw this online and KNEW I had to try this on. I normally wear a size 12, but it wasn't available so tried on the 10 which fit me like a glove. Now here's what you need to know. I'm very short waisted AND have long legs, so this dress hits me right at my waist. I know I have an slightly different body shape than the norm so again TRY THIS ON. Now here's the biggest con - the top is super fitted, so you will always need assistance to get the zipper up and down all the way. There's just zero give, which is why it can fit like a glove, but I even tried on a 14 and there was no way I was going to take a chance and possibly rip the dress. I have broad shoulders so I've worn dresses like this before, and honestly it's so rare to find one that fits and flatters like this that I'll take this small con over the fit. So for me this is definitely a keeper...but it won't fit everyone the way it fits me. Definitely try a size or two, and also note that the pattern is different for each dress.

    lurv!
Lurv this dress. I'm 5'4" 32C-24-34. So I'm a bit on the scrawny side. I usually wear a 0 or 2 & I took a chance and ordered this in a 0 based on another reviewer with about the same body type. Personally I think it fits more like a 2 but that worked out great in my case. I have a shorter torso so this is perfect for me. I agree with the other reviewers who state that taller girls with a larger chest may have a funky fit. Plenty of room in the hips though! I say take a chance if you're thin & willowy!

Unique Dress for Fall and Winter
I love the hemline of this dress, it is something different and can be worn to work. I got the 8P, as I am 5'4" and the regular size 6 was a little overwhelming. Love the print!

    LOVE this dress
I loved this dress the minute I saw it, but just now got it, having ordered it in a small and a medium. Fit and stretch wise, I could really do either size with the exception of the shoulders. No one else has mentioned this but I find the shoulder /sleeve seam to be very wide, and it ends up looking a little pointy. I will have to take in the shoulder seam regardless of which size I end up with. I am definitely keeping this dress, because I think it is gorgeous, plus even though it is tight, the length gives me a lean look. For reference I am 5'5" 135 lbs, and sort of a straight shape. The dress is definitely longer than in the pictures, hitting me below the knee. The back is a little higher than in the pictures and covers your bra strap. I didn't notice that it was see-through at all. I feel like you could wear a slip with this. I can't wait to wear this dress - it could be a dressy dress with a rhinestone earring or a casual dress with a black tight and boot. So glad I bought this dress, and even happier that I got it on sale!

    Awesome for full figures
I am 5'4" 140 lbs and curvy. I ordered the xs and it fits great! My frame is smaller and when I tried on the small it was a little loose especially in the chest and shoulders (I am 34b). The length falls a few inches below by knees which I actually prefer over the picture of the model where it is above the knees--there is a slit in the back and with shape wear the length hides the slip. I did not think this was very see through as some reviewers mentioned. I love this and can't wait to wear it! I live in WI so think this can be great for all seasons (i.e. not too warm even in summer). Worth the price with sale and extra 30% off, don't think I could have justified purchasing it full price.

    Super hot
I love love love this dress. It's incredibly flattering, and super comfortable. I had worried that the fabric would be very heavy, as it sometimes is with body con dresses, but it's really quite light, with a lot of stretch. I know some reviewers found that to be a con, but it's my preference. With the right undergarments, that give shouldn't be a problem, and I really prefer not to feel like a stuffed sausage in dresses like this. One thing to note is that piping around the sleeves is VERY snug, and has no give whatsoever. I managed to get comfortable, but I'm considering sewing in a slit.

    Great Top
I love this top! I purchased this in the navy and the color is true to the picture shown. I personally have worn it with a light cami underneath because I like the look but if you don't want to layer it then it is not necessary. The fabric is thick but not heavy or restricting and even layered I was not hot. The lace is not overly delicate which is nice because you don't have to worry about being extra careful as to not snag it. I have received many compliments every time I wear the tank. It is a simple yet elegant design that you can wear for any occasion. I have worn it with jeans, shorts, and skirts and it looks great every way. I purchased the M and it fits great. It does run slightly large but I usually purchase tops in M and the fit is relaxed and comfortable without being sloppy. I am 5'3" and 36DD so if you have a smaller chest you could size down with no problems. So far it has seemed to hold up just fine with washing on delicate and laying flat to dry.

    Home Run
Saw the navy on sale in my local Anthro and loved it so much I stalked the white top online and now own both...and wear them frequently. I'm 5'7", 34A, 125-130lbs, and usually an XS or 4 in Anthro tops (with the occasional 2) with a long torso. The XS fit perfectly. No underarm gaps, but not tight, either. The top looks very much like it does on the model. Yes, I do think you need a tank or cami under it. However, this isn't an issue for me. I can wear something tissue thin in the summer. In the winter, this is a PERFECT tank to wear under a cardigan. It adds a lot of interest and texture. The tops have washed well (I wash on gentle then lay flat to dry), and I don't need an iron at all if I smooth it out once or twice while it's drying flat. All in all, I'm thrilled with this purchase. Versatile and very highly recommended.

    HEAVY KNIT
This is not a lightweight knit top. It's a heavier knit and the lace trim at the bottom is thick. There is also not much stretch because the lace trim at the bottom is cotton and prevents any stretch, even though the entire body of this top is a knit. So, it's a tight fit around the hips. The lace is like a cotton band around the bottom of the top. The fit is TTS, however. I purchased an XL in the dark blue. And, it fits just as shown. It is a tailored drape without a lot of volume. Since I purchased the dark blue, I feel there is no need for a cami. And, because this is a thick knit, it would simply make it much more hot to wear. The V-insert at the neck is flirty, but not too low. This could be worn for any situation depending on what you pair it with or what jewelry you add. It's also a pretty basic look and not "faddish" so it can be a wardrobe staple for years.

    Absolutely Gorgeous
I love this dress. As soon as my package arrived I ripped it open, as I have been eyeing this dress for almost a year now. A lil skeptical on the price and how the cut and material would actually fit and feel. I am very pleased. Although the color online seems a bit darker, and the mint color is a lighter color, the first impression I had of the color looked like a knockoff, but, once I got over it and put it on and my eyes adjusted, it is a very elegant dress. I'm 5'3 maybe154lbs, bought a size 8 and it fit nicely on my hour glass shape. Not too snug, the material is stretchy. Yes the stitching in the arms won't give. But nothing bad, compliments me in every way. I'll be purchasing the Red Mauve and don't mind paying full price.

    Great but not for everyone!
This dress is very well made and designed. I sometimes feel that Anthro is overpriced, but this item is well worth the money due to how substantial it feels (it's lined, and the fabric is robust without being too heavy for spring). I especially liked the way the lining is a couple of inches shorter than the shell of the dress; it adds a sexy touch to an otherwise demure shift. The colours on the dress, especially the coral, are brighter than pictured, and this is the main reason I'll be returning the 00P I bought, rather than sizing up (it was a little snug for me). Also, ladies be warned, the dress while beautiful is not terribly forgiving. If you have even the slightest bit extra for love handles or around the waist, or if you would simply prefer not to emphasise your bum, I'd steer clear. I think the reason is that the design naturally draws attention to your shape, and the cut is not quite empire but slightly above your natural waist. Even if I sized up to a 0P, I think I'd still encounter the same problem. Such a shame!

    Love this dress!
This dress is actually pretty heavy and a decent made fabric. The fabric is a bit stretchy and there is some elasticiity with it. I really liked this dress - for me ( I am 5' 7 ') it came to a little above my knee and I felt was very flattering cut wise. I got a lot of compliments regarding the dress when I wore it. I have a lot of Maeve products and feel that some of their dresses are good, others not so much - this is one of the great ones! Would recomend!

    Wonderfully unique
I saw this cardi in the sale section at my local Antho. Wow! The knit looks amazing from the back. The only size left was a reg small in the natural color. I'm 5'2" 120Ibs. I think it runs a little small. The sleeve length was perfect although the actual sleeves were skin tight on me. It'll be ok with a cami underneath but I could fit anything with long sleeves under. The length on me was the same as the model; back just covered my behind; front was the same as the model pics. The think the grey pic was most accurate for me. I didn't have a lot of extra material to cover my front and recreate that flowy drapy look. Instead the front draped more to the sides #like the model in grey#. I don't have a big bust #34B#. It still looks ok. I would have preferred more knit at the front, but the rest of the cardi was stunning that I could overlook that.

    Sleep sweater
I bought this to go with the lilac garden loungers to well, lounge around the house. I wear this with a white tank and I absolutely love it! They are perfect together. The sweater is warm and very, very pretty, especially from the back. I have the lilac color which is the color of a peony to me. Very nice.

    Beautiful Cardigan...
...but not quite what I expected. Based on the neutral colored photos, I expected the wool to be a bit stiffer. The open front drapes a little awkwardly on me - the grey photos are a better representation of how the cardigan actually falls on the body (mine at least). Based on the previous reviews, I wasn't sure about sizing; I am 5'8. 140lbs, 36D and I purchased a size medium. I am happy with the fit for the most part, but I do feel like the arms are a little short (afterward, I noticed both models push their sleeves up); still, I have rather long arms, so this might not be a problem for others. The positives: it is such a beautiful knitted sweater, and the fringe detailing is stunning. i also really like the neutral color - it allows the pattern in the back to really get noticed. Also, it's very comfortable, and I don't find it itchy at all. If you can get it on sale, I would recommend.

    Chic and comfortable
This dress would be a great choice for someone who typically avoids dresses because they find them too structured or uncomfortable. As others mentioned, the fabric has some stretch to it so the bodice is very comfortable. (This is probably why it is offered in letter rather than numeric sizing). It also has handy pockets which are just fine in a fuller skirt like this. The cut of the dress is flattering and it does hang nicely. I'm 5 ft 3 inches tall and this fit well in my normal petite size. I did not find it too short, although I do prefer dresses to finish a couple of inches above the knee because this is most flattering for my body type. As a previous reviewer has stated, the background color is not as light as it appears in the photos - it is a dark off-white or ivory with some yellowish tones. Fortunately it still works well with my pale skin, and it makes it easier to wear the dress in multiple seasons. The other colors are fabulous and the dress can be paired up with a wide variety of cardigans and footwear.

    so lovely!
This is the best dress of the early fall season! The colors are beautiful and so flattering! Its extremely comfy as the fabric has some stretch, but what I love best of all is the graceful longer length! Hurrah! Finally a dress that is very ladylike, yet fun! The fabric has a good weight to it, but somehow retains a floatiness,,,,like the other reviewer said, it just makes you feel pretty wearing it. I am a 34 C, and stuck with a size S. I tried on 2 different dresses and found one that fit a bit snugger. Total comfort and flattering shape, what more can you ask for? The styling options are endless through the seasons. I found a cute little orange/red jacket in store that looked so cute over it, too! I think its called Cinched Knit Anorak.

    Another fall must have!
This dress will be flattering on just about everyone because of the figure flattering fit and flare shape, and the very forgiving fabric! You may be able to size down because this fabic has great give. The color palette is perfect for fall, and lets you pick up some blues, reds or orange, even brown to compliment the dress. Although the back of the dress is very low cut, I will likely wear a sweater or jacket anyway. This would also look nice with a leather belt and boots, or you could wear it as a jumper over a turtleneck or blouse! The possibilities are endless, and come spring, you can still wear it! Full price, no brainer purchase! :-)
