    Strange fit, high quality
I bought this shirt because of its high quality flannel: soft, thick with beautiful natural color palette, and feminine back detail. But I had a hard time deciding on the size because of the less than perfect cut of this shirt. I am usually a size 4/S in anthropology tops. Sometimes I size down to 2 or XS. It is very rare when I have to size up. This shirts does fit wide and loose waist down but very restricting in chest/shoulders in my normal size S. The tight fit does not present itself until you start to move your arms. And then shoulders pull slightly but the buttons at chest area pull apart like crazy. Sizing up solves this problem to a degree. My work requires a full range of motion for my arms, therefore I had to size up to M, which made the top look longer and more relaxed, like an exaggerated boyfriend fit. But the quality of the flannel is worth it. The best flannel is anthropologie selection hands down.

    A great find
Ordered this shirt for a casual look with a little extra oomph... Check! It's well-made and versatile: I wore it to the office and out to HH later. I got an xs because I wanted the back lacy detail to act like a kind of peplum, and while it did not have that effect, it is still flattering and fun. Very pleased with this top.

    Suprisingly Flattering
I ordered this top in a large because I wanted it to have a baggier look. I didn't realize the back details was SO beautiful. It's the perfect touch to a button down shirt. I wish is came in other colors as well. It's definitely a classic!

A great basic with a little more
It's hard to find a white blouse that doesn't need an extra layer underneath, especially if you are not pencil thin. I've been looking for a long time and this one is a keeper. The fabric is weighty, but soft and comfortable. The details in the seams across the back and shoulders, and the covered placket, make this more than just another white shirt. There is also a row of pale blue stitching indie the collar that adds to the appeal. The fit is loose but not oversized.

    Love Love this top!
This top is so flowy and fun. I first tried on a medium because I didnt think the store I was in had a small and the medium fit, but we found a small and that's what I ended up getting. There really isnt that much of a difference in sizing. It hits around where your jeans start and is very flattering. I hope they come out with more colors!!!

    Soft and Comfortably Stylish
Is this an $88 shirt? Probably not. Honestly, I think about $58 would be reasonable, but I'd had a bad week and decided I needed a new blouse. If I had been shopping online I never would have given this a second look. In fact, I had scrolled through Holding Horses items multiple times without even noticing this. It is much better in person; it is soft, flattering, goes well with all colors of denim. In the store they had it tucked in and it looked adorable on the mannequin, so it's versatile for being a printed piece. It's the type of shirt that seems like it will get even better with age and washings. I usually wear a 4 but opted for a size 6 in this because I preferred the looser, more casual look. Normally I would have waited for this one to go on sale but I decided I deserved it, full price and all.

    Nela Chambray Buttondown
I've been buying buttondown shirts during my pregnancy, since I haven't found great maternity shirts that match my style. I bought this in an XL to accommodate my growing belly. I am 5'2, so this shirt can be worn with leggings. It's soft and comfy and the lace back adds a touch of femininity to a classic shirt.
