I ordered this dress in the blue zigzag motif. The fit and style are classic, and the fabric pattern and rectangular cap sleeves add a bit of modern twist. The top/body is fitted, and the skirt starts at the waist and is flowy and full, which makes for a very flattering fit. I can wear this dress now and easily into the fall with some booties and sweater. And even into the winter with some tights and tall boots. Very versatile. I ordered an XS and a S. I am 5'7" and about 123lbs. I usually wear a size 2 or a S, sometimes an XS. I am a 32D. Both sizes fit well. However, the S was slightly baggy and droopy in the armholes, so I went with the XS, which fits like it was made for me! The dress may be a bit shorter, it does come above the knee, but I did not feel it was too short in either sizes. I would say my torso and leg lengths are fairly proportionate.

I love this dress so much! The fit is so flattering & feminine, I love the print & the sleeves are so pretty. I purchased the regular XS & it fits perfectly. It comes a few inches above my knees - just like the model in the photo. I am 5'3", 115 lbs & 34B. If you have a larger chest you may want to order up. I would think the Petite would be too short as I notice most anthro petite dresses are. This dress would look cute layered with a cardigan, tights & boots in fall/winter & worn with a pretty belt in the spring/summer. I almost waited for it to go on sale, but was afraid it would sell out. I also wanted the green, but it is sold out in my size.

I'm around two months postpartum, so I was looking for something with a button front for breastfeeding and this dress fits the bill exactly. I got it in the navy, as sadly the lovely green was sold out. I'm an average build at around 135lbs, 5'6" tall, and I guess a 34C/D these days, so I went for the M which fits perfectly. I'm usually a S in Anthro clothes, but I followed the advice of the other reviewers and sized up. So glad I did! It fits perfectly around the bust and is nicely nipped in at the waist, plus the way the fabric flows from the waist hides my post-preggo pouch. It comes to a bit above the knee, so it's perfect for wearing with tights and boots for autumn.
These pants are soo soft, comfortable and look and feel great on. I have a pair of the classic Sateen Stevies in black from last year, I've machine washed and dried them (cold, inside-out) MANY times and they haven't faded, still look and feel like new every time I take them out. I'm petite (5'3), so when I saw this ankle version in the store I gave it a try. Again, the fit is just perfect and pretty much the same, although they are a little lower rise than the classic Sateen Stevies. I'm around 120# and curvy and took my regular 26. I just couldn't leave the store without these, and I'm thrilled that I don't have to get them hemmed! FYI, I'm generally not a full price shopper at Anthro, but I've watched the classic version of these pants on my wishlist for over a year, hoping to get another pair on sale, and they haven't been marked down. The price is high, but quality and material is excellent, they are easy to clean and don't wrinkle, so in my budget-minded opinion, well worth the money.

These pants fit great, wash well and for the most part keep their shape. My favorite AG stevies are in this sateen fabric because they can be dressed up a bit more. I own multiple pairs of the black and grey because they are so versatile. I would say they run smaller than most AG pants though. I'm usually a 28 and in these I always purchase size 29.

I have a strange shape(hourglass) and these jeans fit really well. Also have very narrow legs. The cut makes me look slim and the feel of the material is very soft.So nice I bought one in another color.IT was a bit of a tight fit and I bought it a size up.
So I saw this online and KNEW I had to try this on.
I normally wear a size 12, but it wasn't available so tried on the 10 which fit me like a glove. Now here's what you need to know. I'm very short waisted AND have long legs, so this dress hits me right at my waist. I know I have an slightly different body shape than the norm so again TRY THIS ON.
Now here's the biggest con - the top is super fitted, so you will always need assistance to get the zipper up and down all the way. There's just zero give, which is why it can fit like a glove, but I even tried on a 14 and there was no way I was going to take a chance and possibly rip the dress.
I have broad shoulders so I've worn dresses like this before, and honestly it's so rare to find one that fits and flatters like this that I'll take this small con over the fit.
So for me this is definitely a keeper...but it won't fit everyone the way it fits me.
Definitely try a size or two, and also note that the pattern is different for each dress.

The pictures do not do this dress justice. The print caught my eye in the store, and I grabbed it not thinking much of it. I liked the soft feel of the material and the print, bu the flowing asymmetric cut of the bottom of the dress is what gives it the wow factor. I had to wear it to work the next day because I loved it so much when I tried it on. It's very figure flattering, and fits very well. I'm 5'6", 145 lbs, athletic build. Usually wear b/w a 4 or 6 in Anthro, and the 4 fits well. It's flirty and fun, but formal enough for work attire. Could prob transition to night time with a fun belt as shown in the pics, and with the right shoes. The compliments from others keep coming. This is an effortless stunner.

Great fall dress
I found that this dress fit me TTS or even ran slightly large. I usually wear an 8/10 and the 8 worked for me. The ten almost worked but it didn't fit at the waist as nicely. The 8 is snug on my arms but not to the point where its a problem. The color is definitely not a true black but more of a dark navy. It is a very blue based black. I am 5'8" and have a very long torso but the waist didn't bother me even though it sit higher. I probably would have liked it a little better if the waist hit me a little lower but I suppose I'm used to it because dresses never quite hit me right in the hips/waist. This reason is why I end up belting almost every dress I own. There isn't really any stretch to the fabric and it is pretty structured up top, limiting mobility so if that kind of thing drives you crazy then this dress is not for you. Overall, I'm happy I bought this dress. It will transition nicely to fall and looks nice with tall boots and booties.
Why, oh WHY did this have to arrive just in time for Christmas? LOL I saw this astonishing dress just after my Carismma Sheath dress, in black, arrived. At first I thought this version was too close, but irl, it's in a class of it's own. You can barely tell from the photo, but the fabric on the bodice and skirt are different. The top has tiny circles with dots of red. The placket is also a different pattern, but instead of the hot mess I expected, the whole thing works to make you look like the most stunning creature in the room. Very, very flattering on most body types, but I'd dare say especially on the hourglass girl. This is the dress I would wear to dinner, to weddings, to business meetings with a jacket, to tea, to lunch with the girls, where wouldn't I wear this? Fit is tts, much like the Carismma sheath. I pray that it doesn't sell out before I can get my hands on one! Or, maybe, just maybe, it will show up under the tree!

Gorgeous, tailored and unique
I wore this to a wedding and got rave reviews. It is lined with a flesh-colored 'corset' that really gives you a gorgeous shape. It hit just below the knee on me #I am 5'4"# so was perfect for a special occaion. It was very comfy as well. Absolutely recomend it!
I bought a size 2 - I am about 120 lbs and it fit perfectly.

Even better than I hoped!
I visited this dress many times on the website, hoping it would go on sale, but finally decided to bit the bullet and pay full price. Prior reviews listed its unique detail and surprises that made this dress a conversation piece (and why I love Anthropologie!) and it didn't disappoint! It is form fitting and sexy in a smart-girl way, but it also possesses an artistic/couture quality that renders it timeless. I am 5'6 and a 35" bust/128 lbs and went with the 4p, as I prefer the hem to hit me at or above the knee. The fabric has stretch, which allows it to fit to your body, not bulge and buckle as a stiff fabric would do. I also cut the belt loops and moved belt/ribbon down so it would hit my waist, as the petite waist was higher- no problem at all. I am SOOO happy I splurged and know this will be a 'go to' dress for years to come.
This is beautiful! I ordered this in the moss and when it arrived I was actually shocked at how nice this was in person. It is very soft and comfortable and the color is gorgeous. It is less brown looking and more deep green in person than the picture depicts. The top is fitted and bottom is flowy without being maternity like. The pictures do not do this justice in my opinion. I have broad shoulders, bigger arms, and a large chest (36DD) and ordered a large and it fit perfectly up top. If I was slightly smaller in the shoulders I could have easily sized down. It hides all of the problem areas and I believe it is perfect for curvier women. This is so comfortable it makes you feel like you are in your pajams. What a great fall piece! I suggest if you are on the fence about this based on these photos that you either find it in a store or order it online and once you see it you will fall in love!

Works for Maternity!!
I am 5'4", and nine months pregnant...
I saw this dress & thought… "hey, that could work over this little belly" -- and it does!
Being terribly lactose intolerant (when not pregnant) I have a lot of experience with "belly clothes," and a lot of my shirts / dresses from pre-pregnancy still work throughout pregnancy… so, I am excited that this dress will also work post-pregnancy and make eating cheese "safe."
Lots of discussion that this dress "runs big" -- and the body might, but the shoulders do not. I wear a small generally, ordered a small, that fits in the shoulders -- I could not wear an extra-small in the shoulders.

LOVE this dress!
Absolutely LOVE this dress! Bought it in wine color. Very comfortable and cute! I have practically lived in this dress since I got it and wear it at least once per weekend! Disappointed I didn't also get it in the purple/blue color while it was still available.
This is a great transitional piece for the changing weather. It's a light shirt dress that can easily be accessorized for the varying weather of the next following months. The colors are vibrant and I love the design.
I found tried on the XXSP which fit true to size except through the chest where it puckered due to being too small (see photo). I would have tried the PXS, but unfortunately, Rockefeller Center had sold out. Also, this dress is very short in the petite size so I am waiting on the regular XS I ordered to arrive to see if it fixes both problems.
Some cons: I really love the idea of this dress, but due to my straight waist and larger ribcage, I don't know if it is the most flattering piece for my body type. Also, the price point is a bit high for such a simple dress. Also, the belt is reminiscent of a sparkly cheap silver shoelace. Not a good look so another belt would be needed if you choose to accessorize with one.
Though I do love the design, I don't know if I would pay full price for this one, but it is going fast in the stores and online, so I may be in the minority.

Wonderful, comfy dress
Because of the reviews regarding size I was a little timid about ordering online since it wasn't available in any of my nearby stores. On a leap of faith I ordered a "small". I received a petite small #normally my size, but again, reviews said it runs small#. It fits like a glove #I'm 5', 32DDD bust, short torso, small waist, long legs for my height#. It hits just above my knees and although I'm 55 years old I don't feel it's too short, and it plays down my bust, which I LOVE. Every time I wear it I get so many compliments. The material wasn't at all what I imagined #gauze#, but I love the actual material #jersey knit#. So comfortable!

Great Dress for Late Summer into Fall
After seeing this in the catalog, I immediately had to run out to my local store to try this on. It's such a soft dress and it was comfortable. I am usually a XS-P but since reviews were saying this ran short I tried on a small in the regular size. I don't like skin thighs short outfits and this was perfect. It hits 2" above my knee and at 42 I think that's appropriate. There's not a lot of extra fabric around the waste which keeps it from looking frumpy.
This dress was worth every penny!
I thought that I had found a pair of jeans that I loved when I found the Abercrombie jeans 5 years ago. They fit nice, albeit a little tight in the legs, but were very soft and comfortable. But now that I've essentially outgrown their demographic, I thought I'd try a new pair of jeans. I've been wearing the pilco stet's for a while, and they were nice (and 19.95 in clearance!) but they weren't a perfect fit. So I tried some ag jeans on in store the other day, only I wasn't ready to pay 213$ for them. So when I found this pair in clearance, I was over joyed! They fit perfectly, which is amazing seeing as if jeans fit my legs, they are always too loose in the waist (years of being a back catcher made my thighs slightly disproportionally thick). These jeans wash up amazingly, and they don't stretch out. I'm not usually one to wear jeans multiple times before washing, but I was running late and threw these on, and they looked as good on day two as they did day one. I can't wait to run out and grab another pair. I would highly recommend these jeans!

A closet staple
I have often favored other brands of high end jeans (always on sale!), but had never tried on AG jeans until one day when I was perusing the Anthro sale room and stumbled across some. I have been on the hunt for a "normal" wash pair of AG jeans on sale ever since.
I am slender and moderately tall (5'7'), but have a rounder rear. These jeans (in Landing) hug my figure without lookiing or feeling too tight. Length is typically a problem for me too; I have a pretty long waist which means sometimes full-length jeans are a bit longer on me than I prefer. These hit right where they should and also look great cuffed as well. They're also lightweight enough to wear throughout most of the year, even in my midwest/south region.
Like another reviewer, I would put an asterick on the 5 star rating due to the price (though the sale price helps).

Perfect for petites!
Thank you Anthro and AG for offering the classic Stevie in petite sizes! I love the regular Stevie cut but have always had to scrunch and roll up the hem so during the recent free shipping promotion, I ordered the petite version in both grey and blue in 25P (I'm usually a size 25), thinking I would try them on for size but keep only one pair given the high price. The fit is so perfect and flattering, and it's so hard to find such well fitting jeans, I decided to splurge and keep both pairs. I've already worn them both multiple times so I think they're a good investment in keeping with typical AG quality. Fellow petites, these trump the Stevie Ankle! I believe they're a genuine petite cut - not only is the hem shorter but the overall fit is tailored down and slimmer at the knee and opening. I'm 5'2" so these may be a tad short for taller petites. Note that the blue color way feels softer than the grey, but the grey is also a perfect neutral. Highly recommend these jeans and only wish that Anthro carried petite sizes in stores so that other petites could try them on.
